Please read these affiliate terms and conditions carefully before applying to join the Henkeys Affiliate Program. These terms are designed to protect both Henkeys and our valued affiliate partners, ensuring transparent, ethical promotion and mutual success.

It is each affiliate’s responsibility to comply with these terms at all times.

As used in these Terms:

“Henkeys,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Henkeys LLC, the owner and operator of https://www.henkeys.com.

“You” or “Your” refers to the approved affiliate partner.

“Our Website” refers to Henkeys and its properties located at https://www.henkeys.com.

“Your Website” refers to any website, social platform, or digital property you use to link to our Website.

“Program” refers to the Henkeys Affiliate Program, operated through the Awin affiliate network.

After receiving your application, our team will review your promotional channels (websites, social profiles, email lists, etc.) and notify you of acceptance or rejection within approximately 48 hours (Mon–Fri). We reserve the right to reject any application that is inconsistent with our brand values or promotional guidelines.

To speed approval, please ensure all websites and social profiles you intend to use are listed in your Awin profile.

After acceptance into the Program, you will have access to tracking links and creatives via the Awin interface. You agree to use only the official linking code provided by Awin and not to modify it.

Your website or platform must not:

Copy or closely resemble the look, feel, or branding of Henkeys.com.

Mislead visitors into thinking your site is affiliated with or owned by Henkeys.

Use deceptive practices such as cookie stuffing, pop-ups that falsely claim promotions, or misleading links.

Mask or manipulate referral URLs in a way that obscures the true origin of clicks.

Redirects are permitted only when they originate from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.

If you use paid search (PPC) advertising, you must adhere to the following rules:

1 - You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms or exact brand names (e.g., Henkeys, Henkeys.com) or on confusingly similar variations.

2 - You may not include our brand terms in combination with other keywords (e.g., Henkeys coupons, Henkeys discount), or use our brand in ad titles, copy, display URLs, or extensions.

3 - Automated bidding systems must be configured to explicitly exclude Henkeys brand terms.

Violations of the PPC rules will result in forfeiture of commissions and may lead to removal from the Program.

Trademarked terms include: Henkeys, Henkeys.com

If your site lists coupon codes or deals, observe these rules:

Only official coupon codes and promotions provided via Awin are permitted.

Do not publish coupon codes taken from non-affiliate sources, customer emails, private marketing, or other campaigns.

Clickthroughs must link directly to Henkeys.com (no framing).

Cookie stuffing, expired offers, or fake coupons are strictly prohibited.

Transactions using non-approved coupon codes or incentive offers (voucher/cashback sites) will be declined. Repeated violations can result in termination from the Program.

Using Henkeys’ trademarked terms in any domain or subdomain is prohibited. Examples of disallowed domains include:

henkeys-deals.example.com
henkeyscoupons.example.com

Affiliates must not create or distribute promotional materials that reference Henkeys or our products without prior written approval. If you plan to promote via email campaigns, you must:

Comply with relevant email and privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Send emails under your own identity (do not imply the email is from Henkeys).

Submit campaign creative for approval before sending, or provide Henkeys a sample of the email.

Affiliates are not permitted to undermine Henkeys’ paid media activity by bidding on Henkeys brand terms.

Henkeys reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for any activity that:

Violates Awin’s or Henkeys’ policies.

Is fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unethical.

Uses non-approved coupons, incentives, or methods to manipulate tracking.

Affiliates found engaging in prohibited conduct will be removed immediately and forfeit commissions.

Commissions are paid on approved sales tracked through Awin.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, or returned do not qualify for commission.

Only transactions using Awin-issued tracking links are eligible.

Henkeys reserves the right to change commission structures or promotional terms with notice.
