1. Programme Overview
Affiliates promote ERIBÉ Knitwear via approved links and assets to earn commission on valid sales made through www.eribe.com.
Participation in the programme signifies agreement to these terms and conditions.
2. Commission
Standard commission rate: 10%
Commission is payable on net sales value after order validation (typically 14 days post-purchase to allow for returns).
No commission is earned on cancelled or refunded orders.
Commission is tracked and paid via Awin in accordance with their payment schedule.
Any breach of these terms shall result in the decline of pending commissions. Approved commissions shall be reversed and declined. Commissions paid out shall be returned to the brand. There shall be no circumstances whereby a breach doesn't result in any money paid to you by the brand directly or via the Affiliate Network being declined, reversed or returned. The remedy of a breach shall be at your own time and expense. You waive the right to any legal challenge of a breach and any efforts to seek support or remedy from the Affiliate Network.
3. Attribution
Last-click attribution applies unless otherwise stated by Awin.
Affiliate links must be generated through Awin to ensure tracking accuracy.
4. Promotion Guidelines
You accept that it is your sole responsibility to ensure all marketing, promotion and advertising meet the brand's standards and that it is your responsibility to seek out and understand these standards. For the avoidance of doubt your acceptance to the programme doesn't mean your marketing, advertising and promotions meet the brand’s standards. Your own marketing standards should never be used in place of written standards provided by the brand or delegated authority.
Affiliates must not:
Use ERIBÉ’s name, trademarks, or images in paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.).
Misrepresent themselves as the official ERIBÉ brand or website.
Use coupon or voucher code sites unless pre-approved.
Use cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, or spam to drive sales.
Affiliates may:
Share content organically via websites, blogs, newsletters, or social media platforms.
Use brand-approved imagery from our Awin assets or press library (if provided).
Create original lifestyle, fashion, or review-based content that aligns with ERIBÉ’s tone and values.
5. Brand Alignment
ERIBÉ reserves the right to approve or decline affiliate applications to ensure alignment with our values.
We work best with publishers who reflect our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
Affiliates found to be promoting content inconsistent with our brand (e.g., fast fashion or misleading claims) may be removed from the programme without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All ERIBÉ images, logos, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of ERIBÉ Knitwear Ltd.
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use these assets solely for the purpose of promoting ERIBÉ via Awin.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
ERIBÉ reserves the right to withhold commission for breaches of these terms.
Please note - this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
8. Liability
ERIBÉ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of income, or reputation resulting from participation in the affiliate programme.
9. Modifications
ERIBÉ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via Awin.
