Raazi Tea Affiliate Program TermsProgram Overview
Welcome to the Raazi Tea Affiliate Program. By joining, you can earn commissions by promoting our premium tea products through your own website, blog, or social media channels. Participation in the program is governed by the terms below.
Commission & Payment
Commission Rate: 10% of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns).
Attribution Window: 30 days from the customer’s initial click on your affiliate link.
Payouts: Commissions are tracked and paid through Awin according to Awin’s payment schedule and minimum payout thresholds.
Refunds: If an order is canceled or refunded, the corresponding commission will be voided or reversed.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved Raazi Tea banners, images, and text provided within Awin.
Content and promotions must accurately represent Raazi Tea products and values.
Affiliates may not use Raazi Tea trademarks, brand names, or domain names in a way that could cause confusion or imply ownership.
Paid search (PPC) bidding on brand keywords (“Raazi Tea,” “Raazi.co,” or close variations) is not permitted.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, disclosure, and privacy laws, including the FTC Endorsement Guidelines.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Use false or misleading claims in promoting Raazi Tea products.
Engage in spam, cookie stuffing, or any fraudulent activity.
Offer discounts, coupon codes, or cash back incentives not explicitly approved by Raazi Tea.
Represent themselves as official Raazi Tea employees, partners, or agents.
Term & Termination
Raazi Tea reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Upon termination, all rights to use Raazi Tea branding and affiliate links must cease immediately.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, images, product names, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Raazi Tea, LLC. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use these materials solely for promoting Raazi Tea within the scope of the program.
Liability & Disclaimers
Raazi Tea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.
Modification of Terms
Raazi Tea reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
