Partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on Cruise Nation trademarks, brand names, or any misspellings or variations—with or without spaces—in any SEM/PPC campaigns.
“Cruise Nation” and all variations must be added as negative keywords across all PPC campaigns.
“Cruise Nation” (or any variations) must not be used in any paid advertising display URL, nor may it appear within the main domain of any partner website.
Any breach of these PPC terms may result in the reversal of pending commissions, additional penalties, or removal from the programme.
Website Restrictions
Partners may not use typographical variations, misspellings, or domains that could be mistaken for Cruise Nation’s website or that of any Cruise Nation industry partners.
URL masking, cloaking, or similar practices are strictly prohibited.
Embedding the Cruise Nation website or any of its content within an iframe is not permitted.
Branding Restrictions
Partners must ensure all Cruise Nation logos, branding elements, and brand descriptions used are current and accurate.
No modifications, edits, or alterations may be made to any Cruise Nation copyright-protected assets.
All offers, pricing, and promotional information displayed on partner websites must be kept up to date and remain consistent with Cruise Nation’s own terms and conditions.
Voucher Codes
Commission will not be paid on any transactions where a voucher code has been used that was not provided directly to the affiliate by Cruise Nation.
