YouScribe Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Updated: 07.06.25

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the YouScribe Affiliate Program.

Questions regarding these terms can be sent to partners@youscribe.com.

These terms form an agreement between you (the affiliate) and YouScribe (“the brand”).

Where YouScribe appoints a delegated authority to manage the program, such authority may act on behalf of the brand to enforce these terms, but shall not be held liable for disputes or actions between the affiliate and the brand.

By joining the YouScribe Affiliate Program, you agree to the following:

Your acceptance into the program does not constitute consent to begin marketing activity. You must first receive written approval from YouScribe outlining in detail your proposed marketing methods, duration, partners involved, contact point, channels used, ad copy, visuals, audience targeting, and GDPR compliance. No marketing activity may begin without written consent.

Any breach of these terms will result in all pending commissions being declined and approved commissions being reversed. Paid commissions must be refunded to YouScribe. You waive the right to dispute or challenge this decision legally or through the affiliate network.

You are fully responsible for ensuring all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities meet YouScribe’s standards. It is your responsibility to understand these standards and seek approval from YouScribe or its delegated authority for every marketing action. Your personal or internal standards do not replace YouScribe’s official guidelines.

If you work with third parties to promote YouScribe, you remain fully liable for their actions. You must disclose their identity, marketing methods, and planned campaigns in advance. Any breach committed by them will be considered your responsibility.

The use of bots, AI tools, click fraud, cookie stuffing, fake traffic, or any dishonest practice is strictly prohibited. Any activity deemed fraudulent by YouScribe will result in the full cancellation and refund of all commissions, regardless of the period.

All marketing materials and ad copies must be approved by YouScribe or its delegated authority before publication. The use of scraping tools, toolbars, or code-harvesting software is strictly forbidden.

If YouScribe provides any free access, gift, or promotional product, you must produce favorable promotional content within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in being charged the full retail value of the product or service.

Email marketing is only permitted with GDPR-compliant, double opt-in data. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws and agree to cover any penalties, fines, or damages resulting from non-compliance.

Paid search activity including PPC, bidding on brand terms, abbreviations, or misspellings of “YouScribe” is not permitted without prior written consent. Display campaigns, retargeting, or comparison marketing must also be pre-approved with full transparency regarding targeting, assets, and ad copy.

You must not publish or promote any coupon, voucher, or cashback offer without YouScribe’s written authorization. Misleading or unauthorized promotional incentives will be treated as a breach of contract.

All disputes regarding declined transactions must include written evidence and must be raised within 5 business days of the decline. After this period, no claims will be accepted. The decision of YouScribe shall be final and binding.

You agree to represent YouScribe professionally, with diligence and care, and never in a way that may damage the brand’s reputation.

Insertion Orders (IOs) must be mutually signed for any paid media activation. No agreement or payment request will be accepted without a valid, signed IO. Invoices must be submitted within 90 days following the end of the campaign; any request beyond that period will be refused.

Payments and commercial agreements are strictly between you and YouScribe. No third party shall be held liable for payment or contractual obligations.

For the avoidance of doubt, any typographical or grammatical errors in these terms shall not be used to contest or justify actions that would otherwise constitute a breach. If in doubt, always seek written clarification from YouScribe.
