By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and guidelines:
1. Programme Overview
Modern Comfort Living is a UK-based home and lifestyle brand offering modern furniture, home décor, garden essentials, and family favourites including kids’ toys and electric ride-ons.
Affiliates earn a 4% commission per sale (excluding VAT, delivery, and returns) with a 7-day cookie period.
2. Approval
We welcome high-quality UK-based publishers, influencers, and lifestyle content creators.
All applications are manually reviewed to ensure brand alignment. We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates whose content or marketing practices are not consistent with our brand values.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Modern Comfort Living using approved banners, text links, and product imagery provided through AWIN.
All promotional content must accurately represent our products and must not include misleading claims or discount codes not provided by Modern Comfort Living.
Affiliates may use their own lifestyle imagery if it reflects the brand’s style and tone (warm, modern, family-friendly).
Paid search (PPC) bidding on brand terms such as “Modern Comfort Living”, “moderncomfortliving.co.uk”, or variations thereof is strictly prohibited.
No direct linking to the Modern Comfort Living website via paid ads.
4. Excluded Traffic Types
We do not permit traffic from:
Coupon, voucher, or cashback-only websites.
Spam email campaigns or incentivised clicks.
Toolbar, pop-up, or cookie-stuffing methods.
Misleading, adult, or offensive content.
5. Validation and Commission
Commission is paid on approved sales after a standard validation period of 30 days to allow for processing, cancellations, or returns.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.
Commission is calculated on the net basket value (excluding VAT, delivery, and discounts).
6. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, logos, and images provided remain the property of Modern Comfort Living. Affiliates may use these only for the purpose of promoting the brand.
7. Brand Alignment
Affiliates are expected to maintain a tone consistent with Modern Comfort Living’s values stylish, modern, and family-focused.
We may request the removal of any content that misrepresents our products or brand image.
8. Programme Changes
Modern Comfort Living reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate programme, commission structure, or promotional materials at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of any major updates via AWIN communications.
