Orders placed on dodoskin.com are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in the selected currency and exclude import duties or taxes, which may apply based on the buyer’s destination.

4. Shipping & Delivery

DODOSKIN ships worldwide from California, USA.

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 7–10 business days (U.S.)

     
  • Expedited Shipping: Approximately 5–9 business days

     
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for qualifying orders based on destination-specific thresholds.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery by emailing cs@dodoskin.com.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

6. International Orders & Parcel Forwarding

Shipments sent to parcel forwarding services are at the buyer’s own risk.

DODOSKIN is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays once a package reaches the forwarding address.
