PleasePlayMakar.com Affiliate Program Terms
Effective Date: September 11, 2025
These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the PlayMakar.com Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “You”) agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Program Overview
PlayMakar.com offers professional-grade athletic recovery and performance technology, including percussion massagers, compression recovery systems, TENS & EMS therapy devices, and red light recovery wearables. Affiliates earn commissions for qualified sales referred through approved tracking links.
2. Commission Structure
Base Commission: 15% CPA on qualified net sales.
Tiered Incentives (monthly net sales volume):
$2,500+ → 18% CPA
$10,000+ → 20% CPA
$25,000+ (invitation only) → 25% CPA
Cookie Duration: 45 days
Payment Threshold: $50 minimum balance required
Payment Schedule: Net 30 days, paid via PayPal or Direct Deposit
3. Qualified Sales
A “Qualified Sale” means a purchase made by a customer who:
Clicks a valid affiliate tracking link.
Completes a purchase directly on PlayMakar.com.
Does not cancel, return, or dispute the order.
Only Qualified Sales are eligible for commission credit.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
Use unauthorized coupons or discounts not provided by PlayMakar.
Bid on trademarked terms (“PlayMakar,” “ExcelHealth,” product names, or variations) in PPC or paid search campaigns.
Use cookie stuffing, link cloaking, fake leads, or other fraudulent traffic methods.
Misrepresent themselves as PlayMakar or imply official representation.
Send unsolicited commercial emails (“spam”) promoting PlayMakar.com.
Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must accurately represent PlayMakar.com products and their intended use.
All content must comply with FDA and FTC advertising standards.
Claims regarding performance, results, or therapeutic effects must be factual and not misleading.
Use only approved banners, logos, and images provided by PlayMakar unless written permission is granted.
6. Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of PlayMakar.com. No exclusivity or employment relationship is implied.
7. Termination
PlayMakar.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at its discretion. Upon termination, unpaid commissions on non-qualified sales are forfeited.
8. Liability & Indemnification
PlayMakar.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayMakar.com against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Program.
9. Modification of Terms
PlayMakar.com reserves the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, or Program rules at any time with written notice (email or affiliate dashboard). Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. click here to add your program terms.
