1) Program Overview
Rockwilde is a kidswear brand offering fashion-forward apparel and accessories. By joining the Rockwilde Affiliate Program, partners agree to promote Rockwilde in a truthful, compliant, and brand-safe manner, following these terms and all applicable Awin policies.
2) Commission & Validation
Commission is paid on validated orders only (i.e., shipped/kept orders).
Commission may be reversed for returns, cancellations, partial refunds, fraudulent orders, duplicate transactions, or orders that violate these terms.
If an order is exchanged, commission may be adjusted based on the final net value.
3) Attribution & Coupon Policy
Partners may only promote valid Rockwilde offers made available via Awin, official Rockwilde communications, or approved partner messaging.
No promotion of unpublished, expired, or “found” codes from third-party sites unless explicitly authorized.
Coupon partners must clearly display code terms and exclusions (if provided) and remove expired offers promptly.
Rockwilde may designate certain codes as “exclusive” to specific partners and reserve the right to enforce exclusivity.
4) Paid Search (PPC) & Keyword Bidding
Prohibited without written approval:
Bidding on Rockwilde brand terms, including: Rockwilde, misspellings, and “Rockwilde + coupon/discount/sale” variations.
Bidding on Rockwilde URL/domain or close variants.
Direct-linking from paid search ads to Rockwilde.
Using Rockwilde trademarks in ad copy, display URL, or extensions without approval.
Allowed (unless otherwise restricted by Awin policy):
Non-brand, generic keyword campaigns (e.g., “kids party dress,” “girls sparkle set”), so long as they do not mislead users.
5) Trademark, Brand Name & Social Handles
Partners may not register or use Rockwilde trademarks, names, or confusingly similar variations in social handles, usernames, group names, app names, domains, or subdomains.
Rockwilde logos and creative must be used only as provided or explicitly approved.
6) Content & Brand Safety (Kids Category)
To protect families and the brand, the following are strictly prohibited:
Adult content, sexualized content, or anything inappropriate for minors.
Misleading claims about product safety, medical benefits, or performance.
Content that promotes hate, harassment, violence, or discrimination.
Any imagery or messaging that depicts children in unsafe situations.
Rockwilde reserves the right to remove partners that do not meet brand-safety standards.
7) Email, SMS, and Messaging
No email or SMS marketing using Rockwilde branding, offers, or creative unless you have explicit written permission.
No use of Rockwilde in sender name/from address that could appear as Rockwilde.
All messaging must comply with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.) and Awin policies.
8) Cashback, Loyalty, and Rewards
Cashback/loyalty partners are welcome, provided that:
Offers are displayed accurately with correct exclusions and dates.
No forced clicks, auto-redirects, or misleading “activation” prompts.
9) Toolbars, Extensions, and “Click Interception”
Prohibited:
Browser extensions, toolbars, software, or plug-ins that inject offers, overwrite cookies, pop-up/overlay on Rockwilde pages, or divert traffic without a clear, user-initiated click.
Any technology that triggers tracking without an intentional user action.
10) Deal Aggregators & Incentivized Traffic
Incentivized traffic (gift cards, cash incentives, points) must be pre-approved.
Partners must not frame Rockwilde pricing as “guaranteed lowest” or “price error” unless verified and approved.
11) Product Feeds, Pricing & Claims
If using product feeds, partners must keep pricing, availability, and promotions updated.
Do not advertise inaccurate prices, “was/now” claims, or shipping timelines.
Any claims about materials, safety, or certifications must match Rockwilde product information exactly.
12) Returns, Shipping, and Customer Service
Partners must not present themselves as Rockwilde customer service.
Direct customer questions to Rockwilde’s official support channels.
Commission is based on net sales after discounts and excluding taxes/shipping (unless Awin setup specifies otherwise).
13) Fraud, Abuse, and Order Quality
Prohibited:
Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link).
Fake orders, bots, stolen payment methods, or any activity intended to manipulate tracking or commission.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or hidden tracking links.
14) Right to Remove/Withhold
Rockwilde may:
Decline or remove partners at any time to protect the brand and customers.
Withhold commissions tied to suspected fraud, policy violations, or invalid traffic pending investigation.
15) Contact & Approvals
For approvals (PPC, email, incentivized campaigns, custom creative, exclusives), contact Rockwilde through the Awin program contact or the email listed in the program profile terms.
