Affiliate Partnership Overview
By participating in the Wild Wholistic Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate this Agreement at any time, without prior notice.
This program is designed for creators, publishers, and editors who align with our values of authenticity, wellness integrity, and transparency.
Compensation & Perks
- Commission Rate: 10% on net sales generated via your unique affiliate link.
- Discount Code: Affiliates may receive a 10% discount code to share with their audience.
- Early Access: Priority access to new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days (last-click attribution).
Commission Payments
- Schedule: Payouts are issued monthly on or before the 15th for the prior month’s verified sales.
- Threshold: Minimum payout threshold may apply per Awin’s payment system.
- Refunds/Chargebacks: Any refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for commission (or may be reversed in future payouts).

Content Usage Rights
By joining the Program, affiliates grant Wild Wholistic a perpetual, royalty-free license to use submitted or publicly shared content (e.g., photos, videos, articles, or social posts) featuring our products for:
- Website, newsletters, and paid ads
- Organic and paid social media
- Press, editorial, or print materials
- Affiliates retain ownership of their content but grant Wild Wholistic the right to adapt, crop, or repurpose it for marketing use.

Affiliate Code & Compliance
- Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link or discount code.
- Discount codes must not be posted on public coupon or deal sites.
- Unauthorized sharing or discount manipulation will result in deactivation.
Affiliate Inactivity & Deactivation
Affiliates who remain inactive for 3 months (no content posted, no conversions) or who violate program terms may be deactivated at Wild Wholistic’s discretion.
Due to limited spots, we periodically refresh our affiliate list to ensure active and aligned partnerships.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, names, and brand materials (including logos, photography, and product images) remain the property of Wild Wholistic.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets solely to promote Wild Wholistic. Alteration or misrepresentation of these materials is prohibited.
Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on Wild Wholistic brand terms, misspellings, or related keywords in paid search ads.
- Use “Wild Wholistic” or any trademark in domain names, subdomains, or social handles.
- Use misleading, spam-like, or deceptive marketing tactics.
- Promote competing supplement or wellness brands in the same content as Wild Wholistic.
Termination
Wild Wholistic reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions and promotional rights will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Wild Wholistic is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Canadian courts.

Affiliate Acknowledgment
By becoming or continuing as a Wild Wholistic Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Wild Wholistic reserves the right to change, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
