By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and brand-aligned partnership.
1. Program Overview
Circular is a health technology company offering the Circular Ring 2, the only next-generation smart ring featuring medical-grade ECG, Arrhythmia detection, and AI-driven health insights through its assistant, Kira. The program rewards affiliates for driving qualified sales through approved promotional activities.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a competitive commission on all validated sales generated through their Awin tracking links.
Commissions are based on the final sale amount (excluding taxes, discounts, and shipping).
Orders canceled, refunded, or identified as fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.
3. Cookie Policy
Tracking Duration: [30 days]
If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the commission will be attributed to the last-click affiliate within the cookie period.
4. Promotional Guidelines
To maintain consistency with Circular’s brand and ethical marketing practices:
Affiliates may use official Circular images, logos, and materials provided on the Circular website or Awin platform.
Use of unapproved, edited, or misleading content is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not misrepresent Circular’s features, claims, or pricing.
Brand bidding on search engines or the use of Circular’s name, trademarks, or misspellings in paid ads is not allowed.
Email, social media, and blog promotion are permitted, provided they align with Circular’s health-focused and professional tone.

6. Restrictions
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Promotion on adult, illegal, or unethical content websites
Spamming, cookie stuffing, or misleading links
Claiming false medical benefits or making unverified health claims
Reselling or redistributing Circular products without authorization
Use of unauthorized coupon or discount codes
7. Communication & Support
Affiliates are encouraged to reach out for support, custom materials, or partnership ideas.

8. Termination
Circular reserves the right to terminate an affiliate partnership at any time for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of brand assets.
