Welcome to the PJs by PJ Affiliate Program. By applying to and participating in our program through Awin, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the program and represent a legally binding agreement between you (“Affiliate”) and PJs by PJ (“Company,” “we,” or “our”).

The purpose of the PJs by PJ Affiliate Program is to reward affiliates for promoting our products through approved marketing channels. Affiliates earn commission on qualified purchases completed through their unique tracking links provided by Awin.

Participation is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time.

Affiliates must maintain accurate account information in Awin.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our sole discretion, including accounts that do not align with our brand values, appear inactive, or violate these terms.

Affiliates may promote PJs by PJ through the following approved methods:

Personal websites and blogs

Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.)

Email newsletters (must be opt-in and CAN-SPAM compliant)

Paid ads only with prior written approval

Affiliates may NOT:

Use coupon/deal sites unless explicitly approved

Post in spammy or unapproved Facebook groups, forums, or community boards

Use unapproved PPC campaigns, especially bidding on “PJs by PJ,” “PJ’s by PJ,” misspellings, or branded keywords

Use cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, or unauthorized tracking manipulation

Affiliates may:

Use approved product photos, logos, and copy from our Awin creative library

Create original content showcasing PJs by PJ products

Affiliates may NOT:

Alter our logo or assets in any way

Create deceptive or false claims about our products

Misrepresent discounts or promotions

All content must reflect the PJs by PJ brand respectfully and accurately.

The following behavior results in immediate removal and forfeiture of commissions:

Purchasing through your own affiliate link

Offering unauthorized discounts or coupon codes

Sending unsolicited emails or messages

Using adult, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or unsafe content

Using coupon scraping or unauthorized code aggregation

Misrepresenting partnership status with PJs by PJ

Commission rates are stated within Awin and may be updated at any time.

Commissions are paid only on qualified purchases tracked and validated through Awin.

Commissions are voided for:

Returned or cancelled orders

Fraudulent or high-risk orders

Self-purchases

Orders placed using invalid coupon codes

Awin’s tracking system determines affiliate attribution.

We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or incorrect link usage.

Last-click attribution applies unless otherwise specified.

Only the coupon codes listed in your Awin dashboard are valid for affiliate use.

Affiliates may NOT create or distribute their own discount codes.

Posting unauthorized codes will result in commission reversal.

All PJs by PJ content—including logos, images, product photography, copy, and designs—remains the sole property of PJs by PJ.
Affiliates receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use these assets solely for program participation.

Unauthorized reproduction or alteration is strictly prohibited.

PJs by PJ will handle all customer service, fulfillment, cancellations, and returns.
Affiliates may not act on behalf of the brand or promise customers specific resolutions (refunds, replacements, etc.)

We may terminate any affiliate at any time for:

Violating these Terms

Selling or transferring your affiliate account

Brand safety concerns

Inactivity

Fraud or suspected abuse

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time through the Awin dashboard.

PJs by PJ may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing updates within Awin.

PJs by PJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.
We make no guarantees regarding conversion rates, earnings, or program availability.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
