1. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations
-Bookings are only valid with a confirmed booking reference.
-Full payment must be made before the parking period begins.
Cancellations:
-Up to 48 hours before parking – refundable (minus up to 35% fee).
-Within 48 hours, no-shows, or saver/promotional bookings – non-refundable.
-Extra fees may apply for late arrivals, early returns, overstays, or out-of-hours service (£30).
2. Liability
-Bee Parking’s maximum liability is £750, limited to direct damages caused by proven staff negligence.
-No responsibility for mechanical faults, cosmetic damage not reported on-site, weather effects, theft, vandalism, or natural causes.
-Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk, and customers must ensure valid insurance and MOT.
3. Reporting Damage and Complaints
-Any vehicle damage must be reported before leaving the premises, with a complaint form and timestamped photos.
-Claims after departure will not be accepted.
-Repairs are only valid if done through Bee Parking–authorised garages.
-A £750 excess must be paid before any approved repair begins.
4. Vehicle Movement and Customer Responsibilities
-Vehicles may be moved between parking sites (up to 50 miles) for operational reasons.
-Customers must ensure vehicles are roadworthy, taxed, insured, and free of valuables.
-Bee Parking may refuse service or report vehicles that do not meet legal requirements.
5. Exclusions and Force Majeure
-Bee Parking is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights or accommodation costs.
-Personal belongings left in vehicles are not covered.
-No liability for damage caused by weather, vandalism, terrorism, or natural events.
-Under Force Majeure, Bee Parking is not responsible for delays or disruptions beyond its control.
