Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

-Bookings are confirmed only once a valid booking reference is issued.

-Full payment is required before parking starts.

-Extra charges may apply for late arrivals (£20/day), early returns (£20), overstays (daily rate), and oversized vehicles (£35).

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

-More than 48 hours before drop-off: Refundable minus £15 admin fee.

-Within 48 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable.

-Applies to both direct and third-party bookings; additional third-party terms may also apply.

 

3. Liability

-The company’s maximum liability is £1,000 with a £750 excess payable by the customer.

-No liability for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, weather exposure, theft of belongings, or indirect losses (e.g., missed flights).

-Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk and must be roadworthy, taxed, and insured.

 

4. Reporting Complaints and Damage Claims

-Damage must be reported immediately upon collection with photo evidence.

-Claims made after leaving the site will not be accepted.

-Repairs only done through Premium Parking–approved garages.

-A £750 excess must be paid before any repair work begins.

 

5. Airport Charges and Open-Air Parking

-Airport drop-off and pick-up fees are not included in booking prices and must be paid directly to the airport.

-All cars are parked in open-air compounds, and the company does not accept liability for weather or environmental exposure.
