1. Enrollment
By joining the Automely Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Automely reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Commissions
Affiliates earn 100% commission on each verified sale made through their unique referral link. Commissions are payable on completed transactions only. Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent orders are not commissionable.
3. Use of Brand Name and Marketing Assets
Affiliates are permitted to use the Automely brand name, logo, and marketing assets across digital campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, websites, and email marketing, provided they follow these guidelines:
You may bid on the “Automely” keyword and related terms in paid search campaigns.
Ads must clearly identify you as an independent affiliate (not an official Automely representative).
Do not use misleading claims, impersonation, or false endorsements.
All creative assets using Automely’s name or logo must reflect the brand accurately and positively.
Automely reserves the right to request changes or removal of ads at any time.
4. Promotion Rules
No spam, deceptive tactics, or adult/illegal traffic sources.
All ads must comply with Google’s and other platforms’ advertising policies.
Affiliates must maintain ethical marketing practices and respect local regulations.
5. Payments
Commissions are paid monthly after verification. A valid payment method is required for payouts.
6. Termination
Automely may suspend or terminate any affiliate account violating these terms, engaging in fraud, or misusing brand assets.
7. Limitation of Liability
Automely is not responsible for indirect losses, revenue discrepancies, or damages resulting from affiliate participation.
8. Updates
