The following terms apply to all affiliates participating in the Henri-Lloyd program on AWIN. These rules are designed to protect the brand’s integrity, ensure consistency across all marketing channels, and maintain transparency between Henri-Lloyd and its partners.
The following activities are not permitted under the Henri-Lloyd Affiliate Program:
- Bidding on misspellings of Henri-Lloyd brand terms
- Bidding on variations or derivatives of Henri-Lloyd brand terms
- Direct linking from paid ads to henrilloyd.com
- Broad matching on Henri-Lloyd brand terms
- Using the Henri-Lloyd brand name in ad copy, display URLs, or titles
All paid search activity must align with Henri-Lloyd’s premium brand positioning. Affiliates found to be breaching these guidelines may have commissions declined or accounts suspended.
The search restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following keywords, misspellings, capitalisations, and variations:

henri lloyd jackets
henri lloyd uk
henri lloyd waterproof jacket
henri lloyd sailing gear
henri lloyd base layer
[Above brand terms] outlet
[Above brand terms] sale

[Above brand terms] voucher
[Above brand terms] voucher code
and any different combinations or plural forms of the above.
Brand Guidelines
All assets and brand materials provided by Henri-Lloyd must be used as supplied and cannot be altered or recreated.
Affiliates must not:
- Edit, recolour, crop, or overlay graphics onto the Henri-Lloyd logo
- Place the logo on patterned or low-contrast backgrounds
- Create unapproved combinations of logos and taglines
All marketing materials and creative executions featuring the Henri-Lloyd name or logo must be explicitly approved by Henri-Lloyd Ltd prior to publication or campaign activity.
Social Content
All social media activity must comply with ASA and CAP Code regulations.
Any content containing affiliate links or commercial partnerships must clearly disclose the relationship by including #ad, #affiliate, or a similar identifier.
Affiliates are encouraged to create high-quality, authentic content that reflects Henri-Lloyd’s brand values of innovation, sustainability, and adventure.
Voucher Codes
- Only voucher codes provided directly by Henri-Lloyd or listed within AWIN are valid for promotion.
- Any sales generated through unauthorised or expired codes will have commissions declined.
- Cashback publishers will not receive commission on transactions where a voucher code has been applied.
Affiliates must ensure that any promotional copy accurately represents current, approved offers.
Henri-Lloyd Pro Program
Commission will not be awarded on purchases made through the Henri-Lloyd Pro Program, staff discount schemes, or other professional accounts.
Display Advertising
Display activity is permitted only with explicit written approval from Henri-Lloyd. All placements must align with the brand’s premium image and must not appear on coupon sites, ad networks, or low-quality domains.
General Terms
Henri-Lloyd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any affiliate relationship that does not comply with these guidelines.
All affiliates are expected to uphold Henri-Lloyd’s values of authenticity, technical excellence, and responsible performance in all promotional activity.
