Kila Siku Bags

Program Terms

At Kila Siku, we believe how something is made matters just as much as how it looks — and we like our business the way we like our bags: intentional, beautifully made, and with a little mischief woven in.

Every Kila Siku piece is handcrafted in India by skilled artisans who might otherwise face limited job opportunities. We partner with a small, family-run workshop where people are paid above minimum wage, treated with dignity, fed nutritious meals, and offered childcare when needed. No long shifts. No mass production. Just good people doing great work.

We work in small batches using upcycled, rescued luxury leather and premium Japanese hardware — saving high-end materials from landfills and giving them new life (and serious style).

We’re proudly part of the slow commerce movement. That means no overproduction, no chasing trends, no “drop everything and buy now” chaos. We design for women who care how things are made — and who know confidence looks better than overconsumption.

We put people before profits, purpose before pace, and a wink of personality in everything we do.

Affiliates and partners are invited to share our story in that same spirit: celebrate the craft, the care, and the cleverness. Keep it human, keep it honest, and don’t be afraid to have a little fun with it.
