LOTFLY Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the LOTFLY Affiliate Program on the Awin network. By approving your application and/or providing you with a tracking link, LOTFLY (“we”, “us”, “our”) grants you the right to participate in the program, subject to your acceptance of this Agreement and the Awin network terms.
2. Definitions
“Affiliate” means you, the approved individual or business participating in our program.
“Program” means the LOTFLY Affiliate Program via Awin.
“Referer Link” means the unique tracking URL we or Awin provide to you.
“Qualified Sale” means a sale of LOTFLY products tracked via your Referer Link, approved by us and not subject to return or cancellation, as per the Program rules.
“Commission Rate” means the percentage of sale value you earn for each Qualified Sale. In this Program: 10% of the net sale amount.
“Cookie Period” means the time during which a user must click your Referer Link before making a purchase to qualify you for commission (to be specified).
“Payment Threshold” and “Payment Schedule” refer to when and how you are paid.
3. Participation & Promotional Guidelines
You must be approved in our Program via Awin to participate.
You must use the Referer Link(s) we provide; manually modifying, masking or altering the tracking is prohibited.
You agree to promote LOTFLY products in a manner consistent with our brand values, in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations (including advertising, health / nutrition claims regulations).
Prohibited promotional methods include, but are not limited to: misleading claims, health-guarantee statements unsupported by evidence, unsolicited spam, misuse of trademarks, hidden tracking links, bidding on our brand name in PPC (unless pre-agreed), cookie-stacking, fake review content.
You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g., “This link is an affiliate link and I may earn a commission”).
4. Commission, Payment & Tracking
Commission Rate: 10% of net sale value (after discounts, taxes, shipping and returns) for each Qualified Sale.
Only sales made via your Referer Link within the Cookie Period (e.g., 30 days) and approved by us will qualify.
Returns, cancellations, fraud or otherwise voided orders will not qualify for commission, and any paid commission may be deducted or reversed.
Payments are processed via Awin according to the Awin payment schedule and your payment settings; LOTFLY does not pay affiliates directly outside Awin.
You are responsible for any taxes or fees arising from commissions.
5. Creative Assets & Brand Guidelines
We will provide you with access to our library of banners, lifestyle images, product photos and other marketing materials.
You must use only the approved assets or obtain prior written approval for any custom creative.
You must adhere to our brand guidelines, including use of the LOTFLY trademark, logo, colour palette, and ensuring that your promotional content aligns with our brand voice and does not mislead the end-customer.
We reserve the right to request removal or modification of any affiliate promotional content that does not comply with our guidelines or that could damage our brand.
6. Term, Termination & Amendments
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause (including for failure to comply with these Terms).
Upon termination: you will cease using our assets, you will stop referencing yourself as an affiliate for us, and we will only pay commissions for Qualified Sales made prior to termination (and still subject to return/cancellation period).
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Program page and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Liability & Indemnification
You acknowledge that the Program, tracking, and assets are provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of tracking, or earnings.
We exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for loss of profits, data or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any claims, costs or damages arising from your breach of this Agreement, your promotional activities, or any violation of applicable law.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong (per the LOTFLY website). lotflycare
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with Awin’s affiliate agreement and any Program‐specific rules posted on the Program page, constitute the entire agreement between us concerning your participation.
Your failure to exercise or enforce any right under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that right.
