We’re excited to partner with creators, influencers, and publishers who align with our mission of bold design, inclusivity, and effortless confidence. Please review the following terms before applying or promoting our brand.
Commission Structure
Base Commission: 10% per sale (calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes and shipping).
Cookie Duration: 40 days — affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made within 40 days of a customer clicking their unique link.
Payouts: Commissions are approved after a 40-day validation period to account for returns or cancellations and are paid through Awin’s standard schedule.
Program Rules
No Misrepresentation: Affiliates may not impersonate ISMÊ SWIM or Isme Swim to claim unauthorized discounts, or mislead customers in any way.
Link Placement: Affiliate links must be placed on relevant, brand-safe platforms. No adult, offensive, or political material.
Influencer Disclosure: All posts must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines (for example, using #ad or #affiliate).
Paid Search: Bidding on “ISMÊ Swim” or any variations/misspellings of our brand name is not allowed.
Creative & Branding
You may use official ISMÊ Swim imagery available through Awin or upon request.
Affiliate-created content is encouraged as long as it aligns with ISMÊ’s visual identity: confident, bold, and inclusive.
Do not modify or distort our logos or product imagery without written permission.
We reserve the right to request edits or removal of content that does not represent the brand accurately.
Commission Reversals
Commissions may be reversed in the event of:
Cancelled or refunded orders
Self-referrals (affiliates purchasing through their own links)
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
Eligibility
We welcome creators, influencers, bloggers, and publishers who share our love for fashion, swimwear, and authentic self-expression.
Termination
ISMÊ Swim reserves the right to remove affiliates who violate these terms, misrepresent the brand, or engage in unethical promotional practices.
