By applying to or participating in the Sterling Home affiliate programme, publishers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in addition to Awin’s standard network terms.
Sterling Home is a Scotland-based furniture and homewares retailer operating across the UK. Our programme is designed to work with partners who align with our brand values of quality, trust, and customer-first marketing.
Publisher Benefits
Approved publishers will have access to:
Awin tracking and reporting tools
Regular promotional and seasonal campaigns
Voucher codes via My Offers where applicable
Creative assets including banners and text links
Open communication via the Awin Communication Centre
Commission Structure
Commission is paid on validated sales only
Commission rates may vary by publisher type, customer type, product category, or promotional activity
Any bespoke commission agreements will be confirmed in writing
Commission is not paid on VAT, delivery charges, gift cards, or excluded products
Validation & Returns
Due to the made-to-order and delivery-led nature of many Sterling Home products, transactions may remain pending for up to 90 days to allow for delivery completion and potential order cancellations.
Transactions may be declined or adjusted for the following reasons:
Order cancellation prior to delivery
Full or partial returns
Invalid or unauthorised promotional codes
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Breach of programme terms
Partial returns may result in partial commission adjustments.
Breach of Terms
If a publisher is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, Sterling Home reserves the right to:
Reverse commission
Suspend or remove the publisher from the programme
Withhold payments where activity breaches programme rules, Awin policies, or applicable legislation
Voucher Codes
Publishers may only promote voucher codes provided via Awin My Offers or directly by Sterling Home
Promotion of expired, guessed, scraped, or unauthorised voucher codes is not permitted
Voucher codes must not be presented as “exclusive” unless explicitly agreed in writing
Cookie Period
The cookie duration is defined in the programme contract within Awin.
