AlfredCamera – Awin Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The AlfredCamera Affiliate Program rewards approved partners for referring new users to AlfredCamera’s security app and subscriptions. Affiliates may earn commissions on qualified sales/actions that result from their tracked links through the Awin network.
2. Eligibility & Approval
- All affiliates must be approved by AlfredCamera’s program manager.
- We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates whose sites or activities conflict with our brand values, including (but not limited to) content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, misleading, or inappropriate.
- Incentivized traffic, toolbar/coupon extensions, and unauthorized sub-affiliate networks require prior written approval.
3. Commission Structure
- Commissions are paid on eligible installs, valid sign-up and paid subscription purchases or other confirmed conversion events defined within Awin.
- Commission percentages and bonuses are subject to change with notice.
- No commission is paid on:
- Self-purchases
- Fraudulent, cancelled, or refunded transactions
- Transactions without valid tracking
- Unauthorized coupon use or policy violations
4. Promotional Methods Allowed
Affiliates may promote AlfredCamera through the following permitted channels:
Allowed
- Editorial content, reviews, comparisons
- Blog posts, YouTube videos, social media content
- Email newsletters (must comply with anti-spam rules and include unsubscribe option)
- Paid search (with restrictions below)
- Deal/coupon sites (if approved)
- Influencer promotions
Not Allowed
- Misleading claims (e.g., "free security system" when referring to paid plans)
- Misrepresentation of product features, pricing, or functionality
- Spam or unsolicited messaging
- Promotion on adult, illegal, or hate-related content sites
5. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
To protect brand integrity and avoid bidding conflicts, affiliates must follow these rules:
Strictly Prohibited
- Using AlfredCamera-branded terms in ad titles, ad copy, or display URLs
- Direct linking to AlfredCamera landing pages from ads
Permitted with Restrictions
- Bidding on generic non-branded security-related keywords (e.g., “home security app”, “motion detection app”)
- You must direct traffic to your own site/content, not AlfredCamera directly
6. Coupon & Deal Site Policies
- Only approved coupon partners may promote AlfredCamera discounts.
- Coupon use must follow these rules:
- Only authorized and active codes may be published
- No “fake” or misleading discount claims
- No automatically injected or forced coupon browser extensions without approval
7. Content Requirements
Affiliates must represent AlfredCamera accurately and transparently.
Required:
- Honest and fact-based reviews
- Up-to-date product information
- Clear disclosure of affiliate relationship (FTC compliance)
Prohibited:
- False claims about safety, medical guarantees, emergency response, or law-enforcement functionality
- Suggesting AlfredCamera provides guaranteed crime prevention
- Any misuse of AlfredCamera trademarks or logos without approval
8. Compliance & Trademark Usage
- Use of AlfredCamera logos, brand assets coming from their official website is permitted. Trademarks requires approval.
- Affiliates must comply with:
- Awin’s platform policies
- Local regulations (including privacy laws)
- FTC/endemic disclosure requirements
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
9. Fraud & Policy Violations
Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Use of bots or automated traffic
- Cookie stuffing
- Click-jacking, iframe masking, or forced redirects
- Unauthorized coupon distribution
- Artificially inflating conversions
Such behavior will result in instant program termination.
10. Program Modifications & Termination
AlfredCamera reserves the right to:
- Modify commission rates
- Change program terms
- Pause or terminate the affiliate program
Any changes will be communicated through Awin or email.
