Publisher Benefits
Once approved onto our programme, partners receive:
- Access to approved product information and descriptions of our tours.
- Use of select images or assets upon request for content creation (subject to approval).
- Priority notification of new tour launches, seasonal campaigns.
- Support from our team on how best to promote our experiences.
Commission Structure & Rates
Commission is earned on all confirmed bookings made through valid, trackable Awin links.
- Default Commission: 5%
- Commission is calculated on the final booking value.
Validation Process
We validate commissions based on completed tours.
- Standard Validation:
Bookings validate 48–72 hours after the tour date, once attendance is confirmed. - Refunds & Cancellations:
If a booking is cancelled or refunded, the commission will be declined or reversed. - Duplicate or fraudulent bookings:
Only the first legitimate tracked transaction will be approved.
Statement of Consequences
Breaches of T&Cs may result in:
- Commission reversal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal from the programme
Breaches include: unauthorised voucher codes, misleading content, misuse of brand assets, cookie stuffing, or brand bidding (PPC).
Voucher Codes
- Only official codes provided by Empire Tours & Productions may be promoted.
- Codes sourced from third-party websites or internal discounts are not permitted.
- Publishers may request a custom code for campaigns (subject to approval).
- Unauthorized code usage will result in commissions being declined.
Cookie Period
The cookie length for our programme is 30 days.
Additional Information
- Publishers must represent our brand accurately and professionally.
- Any use of Empire Tours & Productions’ trademarks, images, or content must comply with our branding guidelines.
