Revoray Affiliate Programme – Official Terms and Conditions
These terms outline the rules and conditions for affiliates participating in the Revoray Affiliate Programme on Awin.
1. Commission
Standard base commission: 15% of net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds).
High-performing affiliates may qualify for up to 25% commission.
Commission is calculated on valid, completed sales only.
2. Cookie Duration
Standard 30-day cookie window applies.
Re-attributed sales within the cookie period will be credited to the last referring affiliate.
3. Payments
Payments are processed via the Awin Access platform, subject to Awin’s standard payout schedule (typically monthly, net-30).
Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will result in commission reversals.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must comply with the following rules:
No self-purchases or fraudulent transactions.
No bidding on Revoray-branded keywords or domain variations (e.g., “Revoray sunglasses,” “Revoray coupon”).
No direct linking to our website from paid search ads.
No misleading, adult, or non-brand-safe content.
Discount codes must be approved by the Revoray team.
Use only official banners, creatives, and tracking links provided through Awin.
5. Content Usage
Affiliates may use Revoray brand assets for promotional purposes only within the scope of approved affiliate activity. Any misuse, logo modification, or false representation of the brand may result in programme termination.
6. Termination
Revoray reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, produces fraudulent traffic, or harms the brand’s reputation.
