General Conditions – SOVA UK Affiliate Programme
1. Brand Overview
SOVA is a French women’s health brand dedicated to hormonal wellbeing. We offer natural, science-backed supplements designed to support women with PCOS and hormonal imbalances. All products are formulated and produced in France, trusted by over 50,000 women across Europe. Our mission: to help women better understand and support their hormonal balance through effective, natural, and scientifically validated solutions.
2. Commission Structure
- Content & review partners: up to 15% per validated sale
- Standard partners: up to 10% per validated sale
- Loyalty partners: up to 10% per validated sale
- Coupon & cashback sites: up to 6% per validated sale
- Cookie duration: 30 days
- Commission validation: 30 days after purchase (to account for potential returns or cancellations)
SOVA reserves the right to update commission tiers with a minimum 7-day notice, in line with Awin’s network policy.
3. General Partner Obligations & Compliance
3.1 Content Approval and Presentation
Content Sign-Off: All ad copy, creative assets (images, videos), and marketing materials must be signed off by a SOVA Account Manager prior to publishing.
Brand Presentation: Partners agree to present the brand in a positive and professional manner. Any content that could be interpreted negatively must be shared with an Account Manager prior to publication for review and adjustment.
Asset Updates: Partners should update banners, images, and ad copy to the latest version no later than seven days after they are communicated by SOVA.
3.2 Regulatory Compliance & Disclosure
Partner Responsibility: Partners are solely responsible for ensuring their content and promotional methods comply with all relevant local and international regulations and guidance from regulatory bodies (e.g., ASA, CMA, GDPR).
Monetisation Disclosure: Partners must clearly and conspicuously inform their audience that their content is monetised and that they may receive a commission payment if a customer makes a purchase (i.e., use of affiliate links).
3.3 Promotional Incentives
Voucher Codes: No partner is permitted to promote any promotion, discount, or other incentive, including displaying user-contributed or expired codes, without explicit, prior consent from an Account Manager.
4. SEM Policy & Brand Usage (Updated)
Brand Bidding: Affiliates are strictly forbidden from bidding on keywords containing “SOVA” or similar variations (including misspellings or related domains).
Negative Matching: Partners engaging in any paid search activity must negatively match against all SOVA brand terms to prevent competition with our official campaigns.
Programmatic/Paid Activity: Programmatic advertising, paid social media promotion, and any other form of paid activity must be pre-approved by a SOVA Account Manager.
Brand Name Usage: Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name or logo in paid search ad copy, URLs, or domain names.
5. Ethical Conduct & Commissions
Fraudulent Activity: Partners must not use bots, website scrapers, malicious software, illegal methods of any kind, or scams to generate engagement, traffic, or sales.
Legitimate Transactions: Commissions are only payable on legitimate, non-fraudulent transactions.
Wholesale Purchases: Wholesale or bulk purchases may be eligible for commission payments, subject to prior review and written approval by the Account Manager.
Direct Partnership: We prefer direct partnerships. The use of a sub-network must be disclosed and approved in advance by your Account Manager.
6. Breach of Terms & Contact
Point of Contact: For all questions, compliance checks, and approval requests, please contact your dedicated Account Manager. We encourage partners to make contact with their Account Manager weekly for strategic alignment.
Consequence of Breach: Any breach of these General Conditions may result in the decline of all related pending commissions and immediate removal from the SOVA UK Affiliate Programme. We aim to build long-term, compliant collaborations.
