Terms and Conditions

Programme terms and conditions
Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details in the attached document.  In this section, we summarise the most important ones:
• Deporvillage will only deduplicate sales generated by you through SEM actions. That means that if a user clicks on one of your advertisements but then clicks on a deporvillage SEM advertisement before making a purchase, the sale will be attributed to the latter channel and not to you.
• It is forbidden to bid on brand names, misspellings, or brand names + generic terms on any search engine. Make sure to exclude our keywords in both broad and exact match before you start working on the programme.
• Affiliates may not promote discount coupons or offers to which they have not been given access through Awin.
• Fraudulent use of coupons is subject to penalties.
• Affiliates should avoid competing in SEO for keywords that are strategic for the brand.
• If you promote the brand through email marketing, you must strictly comply with current data protection policy and must not mislead users into believing that deporvillage is sending the email.
• You may not attempt to force a click in any way, whether through a banner or a call to action that is ‘misleading or not transparent’ to the end user.
• Affiliates may not alter banners without first consulting the advertiser to obtain their express authorisation.
• Affiliates are not allowed to make ‘self-purchases’ in order to receive a commission. A self-purchase is an order that the affiliate places for themselves or their company. These sales may be cancelled.

Limitations
• Discount codes: Not allowed
• PPC: Not allowed
• We review the quality of the site's publications.
• The site must be operational.
• Traffic sources must comply with the affiliate programme policies.

 

Programme commissions
Commission: Variable CPA from 1% to 5% depending on the commission system (see attached documents).

 

Claims management system
Claims are accepted provided they meet the following criteria:

• The order subject to the claim must match the one registered in our database.
• The product must not be excluded, as indicated in our guidelines.
• Values in the basket must match.
• It must not be a cancellation, return, or incident.
• Maximum period: Claims must be submitted within 15 days of making the purchase. This way, we can take into account all claims for the current month when validating. After validation, no claims will be accepted for the validated order or for previous months.
