By applying to or participating in the Minimal Affiliate Programme (“Programme”), publishers (“Affiliate,” “You”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).
1. General
Minimal provides a fully online service connecting users with licensed physicians for evaluation and completion of DMV-required disability parking permit forms. Transparency, compliance, and trust are central to our affiliate relationships.
Publisher Benefits
Approved publishers receive:
Access to approved tracking links via AWIN
Marketing guidance upon request
Opportunity for performance-based commission growth
Ongoing communication via the AWIN Communication Centre
No publisher may promote Minimal without approval into the Programme.
Commission Structure
Default commission rate: As stated in the AWIN programme overview
Commission is paid on validated, completed consultations only
Commission applies only to first-time, qualifying customer transactions unless otherwise stated
Validation Process
Transactions are validated once:
The consultation is completed
Payment has been successfully processed
The transaction is not cancelled, refunded, duplicated, or flagged as fraudulent
Minimal reserves the right to delay validation for compliance, fraud review, or quality assurance purposes.
Consequences of Breach
Any breach of these T&Cs or Minimal policies may result in:
Declined or reversed commissions
Immediate suspension or removal from the Programme
Withholding or recovery of paid commissions associated with non-compliant activity
Voucher Codes
Voucher, coupon, or promotional codes are not permitted unless explicitly provided by Minimal
Only codes shared through AWIN My Offers or official communications may be used
Unauthorized code usage will result in commission reversal
Cookie Period
Cookie duration is defined in the AWIN contract and applies on a last-click basis unless otherwise stated

2. PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
Minimal does not permit PPC bidding on:
The Minimal brand name
Misspellings, variations, or abbreviations
Brand + modifier keywords (e.g., “Minimal, Join Minimal”)
Allowed:
Non-brand, generic informational keywords only with written approval
Policy Enforcement
Any PPC activity conducted in violation of this policy may result in:
Immediate commission reversal
Suspension or removal from the Programme without notice
3. Transactions
Commissionable Transactions
Commissions are calculated on:
The net consultation value
Excluding VAT, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and promotional credits
Transactions May Be Declined If:
The consultation is cancelled or refunded
Fraudulent or invalid activity is detected
An unauthorized voucher or incentive is used
The transaction is duplicated or self-referred
The publisher breaches these T&Cs
Minimal's validation decision is final and made in good faith.
4. Branding
Publishers must:
Use the brand name exactly as “Minimal ”
Not alter logos, messaging, or claims
Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or medical claims
Not imply guaranteed approvals or outcomes
If no additional branding assets are supplied, publishers may only use approved text links.
If unsure, seek written approval before publishing.
5. Notice Period
Minimal commits to providing a minimum of 7 days’ notice for:
Programme changes
Commission adjustments
Publisher suspensions (where reasonably possible)
Notice will be communicated via the AWIN Communication Centre.
6. Publishers
Allowed Publisher Types
Content & editorial publishers
Influencers (with disclosure compliance)
SEO and informational websites
Restricted / Not Permitted
Cashback and loyalty sites (unless approved)
Coupon-only sites without authorization
Spam, incentivized traffic, or misleading lead generation
Toolbars, browser extensions, or forced clicks
Minimal reserves the right to approve or reject publishers at its discretion.
7. De-Duplication
Minimal operates across multiple digital marketing channels.
Where applicable, transactions may be de-duplicated against:
Paid search
Paid social
Direct response campaigns
Affiliate attribution is typically based on last-click, unless a sale is attributed to another paid channel under predefined conditions.
Any updates to de-duplication logic will:
Be reflected in this section
Follow the stated notice period
8. Additional Compliance & Conduct
Publishers agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including FTC, GDPR, and advertising standards)
Use only compliant, opt-in email marketing where permitted
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required
Use of bots, artificial traffic, cookie stuffing, click fraud, or deceptive techniques is strictly prohibited.
9. Amendments
Minimal reserves the right to update these T&Cs.
Any changes will:
Be published on the Advertiser Profile
Include a minimum 7-day notice period
Be communicated via the AWIN Communication Centre
Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
