These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Pillow Factory Affiliate Programme operated through the AWIN network.
By joining or promoting Pillow Factory through AWIN, you agree to these Terms and to AWIN’s own network policies.
1. Overview
Pillow Factory (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website www.pillowfactory.co.uk and promotes products via the AWIN Affiliate Network.
Affiliates (“you” or “the affiliate”) promote Pillow Factory products and earn a commission on valid referred sales tracked by AWIN.
2. Programme Management
The affiliate programme is managed exclusively via AWIN.
AWIN provides tracking, reporting, and payment of commissions.
Pillow Factory does not process affiliate payments directly — all commissions are handled through AWIN.
3. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Have an approved AWIN account.
Comply with all AWIN and UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines.
Operate a website, blog, or social channel that meets AWIN’s content and quality standards.
We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates at any time for violations of these Terms, AWIN’s policies, or unethical practices.
4. Affiliate Links and Promotion
Affiliates must use only official AWIN tracking links provided within the AWIN platform.
Affiliates may not misrepresent Pillow Factory products or use misleading advertising.
Paid search (PPC) bidding on brand terms such as “Pillow Factory”, “Pillow Factory UK”, or misspellings is not permitted.
Affiliates may not use the Pillow Factory name or logo without prior written approval.
Coupon or cashback sites must ensure all offers are current and accurate.
5. Commissions
Commission rates and structures are published within the AWIN interface.
Commissions are earned only on valid, completed purchases tracked and confirmed by AWIN.
Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission.
AWIN’s tracking data will be deemed final and binding for all commission decisions.
6. Payment
Payments are made by AWIN according to their payment schedule and minimum threshold.
Pillow Factory is not responsible for any delays or errors in AWIN’s payment process.
7. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Pillow Factory in a professional and accurate manner.
No false claims, exaggerated benefits, or offensive content may be associated with our brand.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including the UK Consumer Protection Regulations and CAP Code (ASA).
Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate links (e.g. “This post contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them.”)
8. Termination
Pillow Factory reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate your participation at any time without notice if you breach these Terms.
Deny commissions for sales resulting from prohibited practices.
Modify or terminate the affiliate programme at any time.
Affiliates may leave the programme at any time through their AWIN account.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pillow Factory will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the programme.
Any loss of earnings due to technical issues or tracking errors within AWIN.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
