Use of Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote discount codes shared via the official Freja affiliate programme. Commission is only applicable when valid, authorised codes are used.
Please note:
- Codes issued exclusively to other partners (e.g. influencers or newsletter subscribers) are not eligible for affiliate use.
- Sales generated using unauthorised codes may be declined, including those published on Freja’s website or through our own CRM (such as ‘welcome’ codes).
- We reserve the right to cancel or withhold commissions where terms are breached.
PPC Policy
Paid advertising is not permitted unless explicitly agreed with Freja in writing.
This applies to all advertising platforms (including search engines, display networks, and social media ads).
Prohibited activities include:
- Bidding on the Freja brand name or any variations (e.g. "Freya", "Freja Foods", “Freja bone broth”)
- Broad match bidding on Freja brand terms (negative matching is required)
- Direct linking to Freja’s website from paid ads
- Use of URL redirects to send traffic directly to Freja
Creative & Brand Guidelines
All creatives (banners, images, copy) must be used as provided. Do not edit, alter, or recreate assets without written permission.
To ensure tracking and compliance: Do not hardcode banners or links—use platform-generated creatives only.

We ask all affiliates to maintain the integrity of the Freja brand:
- Misleading ads or imitation of Freja-owned channels will result in removal from the programme
- Affiliate links must not be used to mimic Freja’s own ads (e.g. ad hijacking)
General Terms
Freja reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate programme confirms acceptance of any changes.
Any affiliate ignoring these terms & conditions may have their commission(s) declined and/or result in termination of the Freja programme.
