General Programme Rules
Commission rate is 20% on all eligible sales.
Cookie window: 30 days.
Commission is paid on product value only (excluding VAT, shipping and service fees).
Commission may be declined for cancelled orders, returned items, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or breach of programme terms.
Notice period for any commission reduction is 14 days.
Publisher Eligibility
We work primarily with content creators, community sites and email publishers.
Cashback, loyalty, voucher or coupon sites, PPC search partners, retargeting networks, media brokers and arbitrage models are not permitted.
PPC & Search Policy
PPC activity is not permitted without prior written approval.
Brand, brand+modifier and misspelling keywords are fully restricted.
No direct linking from paid search to Nutri-Align websites.
Only pre-approved partners may run PPC on non-brand terms.
Branding & Content Requirements
Use accurate, factual and responsible wording.
Claims must focus on support for fasting and keto lifestyles; no medical or disease-related claims.
Do not use “miracle”, guaranteed outcomes or exaggerated weight-loss promises.
Visuals must align with our brand guidelines.
De-duplication & Attribution
Affiliate sales are de-duplicated against Nutri-Align PPC (brand and generic), email campaigns, display advertising, direct partnerships, price comparison engines, in-house ambassador programmes and any other affiliate networks. This ensures transparent and fair attribution across all marketing channels.
Restricted Content
No adult, political, hateful, illegal or misleading content.
No promotion of fasting or supplementation to minors or medically vulnerable groups.
No medical advice or diagnosis.
No misleading or unrealistic claims related to health or weight loss.
Right to Review & Remove
Nutri-Align reserves the right to remove or decline publishers, reverse commissions or suspend accounts in cases of policy breach, misuse of brand assets, misleading content or harmful promotion.
