1. About AKINDAKIND is a Stockholm-based fine jewelry brand redefining modern luxury through timeless design, exceptional quality, and conscious craftsmanship. Each piece is crafted from solid 14k & 18k recycled gold and lab-grown diamonds, blending Scandinavian minimalism with ethical responsibility.
Our purpose is simple: to make luxury more responsible — creating jewelry that’s beautiful, lasting, and kind to both people and the planet.
2. Brand Tone and Message
When representing AKIND, please communicate with a tone that reflects our values:
Elegant – Sophisticated yet effortless.
Conscious – Reflecting our commitment to ethical practices and sustainability.
Personal – Jewelry as an expression of individuality and meaningful connection.
Key Messaging Pillars

3. Visual Guidelines
Logo & Brand Name
- Always use “AKIND” in uppercase.
Do not alter, crop, stretch, or overlay the logo on busy backgrounds. - Use the official logo files provided by the brand (available upon onboarding).

4. Content Guidelines for AffiliatesDo:
✅ Highlight Akind’s commitment to sustainability and ethical luxury.
✅ Show the jewelry being worn naturally — lifestyle, not product-only shots.
✅ Use authentic language — your personal story or connection with AKIND adds credibility.
✅ Include your affiliate link or unique code clearly.
✅ Use only approved brand visuals and product descriptions.
Don’t:
🚫 Use words like “cheap,” “discount,” or “budget.”
🚫 Modify or recreate the logo or product images.
🚫 Run unapproved paid ads or promotions.
🚫 Associate AKIND with unrelated or low-quality products.
🚫 Make false claims (e.g., “100% carbon neutral” if not verified).
5. Disclosure RequirementsAll affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines, ASA rules, and local advertising laws.
Always disclose paid partnerships or affiliate links clearly using terms like:
“In collaboration with AKIND”
“This post contains affiliate links with AKIND”
“AD / Affiliate with @wearakind”
Transparency builds trust — both with your audience and with us.
6. Approval and ConsentBefore publishing any campaign content:
- Submit posts, images, and ad copy for written approval to your AKIND contact or marketing@akindstore.com.
- Await confirmation before publishing.
- Each campaign or asset must receive separate written consent.
7. Use of Gifts and SamplesIf you receive jewelry or other gifts from AKIND:
- Please post within 14 days of receipt.
Include product names and tag @wearakind. - Failure to post may result in being invoiced the RRP value of the product.
8. Deadlines and Timing- Pre-approval: Required before any content goes live.
- Post timing: Content must go live within 14 days after approval or product receipt.
- Invoice timing: All invoices must be submitted within 90 days of campaign end.
9. Partnership ConductWe expect all affiliates to represent AKIND with integrity, professionalism, and respect for our community and values. We do not tolerate:
- Misleading or unethical marketing practices.
- Misrepresentation of AKIND’s brand or values.
- Use of bots, click fraud, or artificial engagement.
Any breach may result in removal from the programme and cancellation of commissions.
