T&Cs: Brand Guidelines
1. Compliance with Advertising Laws
Before joining the COSELLE Affiliate Programme, please ensure that your website does not display or promote any advertising content that breaches applicable laws or regulations, including those concerning false or misleading advertising.
2. Trademark License
The COSELLE Group holds the exclusive license for the COSELLE trademark, brand name, and visual identity.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
All materials, content, and digital assets published by COSELLE or owned by the COSELLE Group are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding — directly or indirectly — on the “COSELLE” word mark, its variations, or any similar terms that may cause confusion.
4. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not create, use, or distribute doorway pages or similar tactics aimed at manipulating search results for COSELLE-related queries.
5. No Masked URLs
The use of masked or misleading URLs that conceal the true destination of affiliate links is not allowed.
6. Navigation Requirements
Affiliate websites must maintain standard navigation functionality, including allowing users to navigate using their browser’s back button.
Additional Note:
Sales for pre-ordered items will only be validated once the products have been shipped to the customer. Orders that are canceled or refunded will not qualify for commission validation.
