- This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Eatwith (“Eatwith”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
- You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate.

- PPC campaigns are fine for any search engine. We require that you do not target our brand name or mispellings of our brand name.
- Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of Anantara.
- Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Anantara website.
Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the merchant. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
- Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.
