These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Seva Money Affiliate Programme on AWIN. By joining, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these terms.
1. Joining the Programme
1.1. The Seva Money Affiliate Programme is hosted on AWIN, and all affiliates must apply through the AWIN network.
1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
1.3. Affiliates must ensure that all promotional activity aligns with Seva Money’s brand values and complies with AWIN’s terms of service, as well as applicable financial marketing regulations.
2. Commission Structure and Payment
2.1. Affiliates earn commissions on validated conversions generated through their unique AWIN tracking links.
2.2. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment schedules are managed by AWIN and displayed within your AWIN dashboard.
2.3. Commissions are paid only on approved and verified actions, such as successful product sign-ups or completed enquiries, depending on the offer.
2.4. Tracking and payment processing are handled by AWIN under their standard payment policies.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates must follow the approved offer messaging and must not alter, exaggerate, or misrepresent any Seva Money incentive or benefit.
3.2. No unapproved claims about financial performance, credit improvements, or guarantees may be made under any circumstances.
3.3. The only valid tracking links are those issued through AWIN. Any conversions generated outside of AWIN tracking will not be attributed.
3.4. Affiliates must ensure all content is accurate, transparent, and compliant with relevant advertising standards, including FCA-related guidance where applicable.
3.5. All marketing materials must be updated promptly if Seva Money modifies or withdraws an offer.
3.6 Moreover, below are some guidelines on language to avoid, and potential alternatives when discussing the Seva Money services.
3.6.1. Don't use the words "remittance" or "migrants/immigrants"
3.6.2. Do use words like "cross-border payments" and “international families" or “diaspora”
3.6.3. Don't highlight services or offers that aren't confirmed by Seva (such as donations, vouchers, etc)
3.6.4. Do refer to the Key Selling Points and other Brand Guidelines and documentation that has been shared
3.6.5. Don't pull information from the Business or Government pages on the sevamoney.com website
3.6.6. Do only pull information from the sevamoney.com/consumer page
3.6.7. Don't create your own promocodes
3.6.8. Do reach out to the account manager as Seva can create personalised promocodes for you and your community
4. Voucher Code and Promotion Terms
4.1. Affiliates may only promote voucher codes, incentives, or promotional offers that are explicitly approved and issued through AWIN or directly by Seva Money.
4.2. Use of unapproved, private, expired, or misleading voucher codes is prohibited.
4.3. Affiliates may not create or modify voucher codes.
4.4. Any restrictions associated with a promotion must be displayed accurately.
4.5. Voucher codes must not be listed on coupon or discount websites unless Seva Money grants explicit written approval.
4.6. Transactions or leads generated using unauthorised promotions may be declined without payment.
4.7. Misuse of promotional assets may result in suspension or termination from the programme.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Paid Search Restrictions. Affiliates may not bid on keywords related to “Seva Money”, brand variations, misspellings, or related branded terms on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms.
5.2. No Unauthorised Coupon Listings. Affiliates cannot list Seva Money vouchers on deal or coupon websites unless approved.
5.3. No Spam Practices. Affiliates must not use unsolicited emails, text messages, or automated outreach to promote Seva Money.
5.4. No Misleading Claims. All content must accurately represent Seva Money’s products and must not provide financial guarantees or advice.
5.5. No Imitation Domains or Accounts. Affiliates may not create websites, domains, or social media pages that impersonate Seva Money.
6. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
6.1. Affiliates may use Seva Money’s approved banners, logos, and creative assets available on AWIN.
6.2. Modification of brand materials without approval is prohibited.
6.3. Affiliates may not make unauthorised financial claims, performance guarantees, or statements that could be interpreted as regulated financial advice.
6.4. All content must adhere to Seva Money’s brand guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
7. Compliance and Termination
7.1. Affiliates must comply with AWIN’s standard publisher terms and all programme-specific requirements.
7.2. Seva Money reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for any violation of these terms.
7.3. If an account is terminated due to non-compliance, outstanding commissions may be forfeited.
7.4. Seva Money may request amendments or removal of non-compliant content at any time, and affiliates must act promptly.
8. Modifications and Contact
8.1. Seva Money reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updates.
