General Terms & Conditions – BAEBROW Affiliate Programme
1. Introduction
By joining the BAEBROW Affiliate Programme on Awin, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnership between BAEBROW and our affiliates.
2. Approval and Participation
All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval. BAEBROW reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. Affiliates must maintain content and traffic sources that align with our brand values and comply with applicable laws and Awin policies.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on valid, tracked sales made through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates are outlined in the “Commission” tab of this program and may vary by product category or promotion. BAEBROW reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.
4. Tracking and Validation
Transactions are tracked and validated through the Awin platform. Commissions will only be paid on approved and non-returned orders. Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for commission.
5. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand-related keywords such as “BAEBROW,” “BAEBROW discount,” “BAEBROW coupon,” or any misspellings or variations thereof. Direct linking to BAEBROW domains from paid ads is strictly prohibited.
6. Brand Representation
Affiliates must accurately represent BAEBROW’s brand, products, and offers. Misleading claims, unauthorized discount codes, or unapproved creative use (including logos and imagery) are not permitted.
7. Content and Compliance
Affiliates must not promote BAEBROW on websites containing adult, offensive, or illegal content. Content must comply with advertising and data protection laws, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate links.
8. Notice Periods and Updates
BAEBROW reserves the right to update these terms, commission structures, or promotional materials with reasonable notice. Affiliates will be notified via the Awin platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All BAEBROW trademarks, images, and assets remain the property of BAEBROW. Affiliates may use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the BAEBROW Affiliate Programme.
10. Termination
BAEBROW reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if we determine a breach of these terms, misuse of brand assets, or fraudulent activity.
