Welcome to the BP Tools Affiliate Programme. These terms and conditions outline the standards we expect from our affiliates to ensure fair, transparent, and successful partnerships. By joining our programme, you agree to comply with the following:
Creative Assets
Affiliates must not alter BP Tools creative banners, logos, or text links provided through the affiliate interface without prior written approval.
Please do not hard-code creatives, ensuring promotional updates and seasonal campaigns apply automatically.
Custom creatives can be provided to suit your platform or audience—contact us if required.
Product Feed
Our product feed is updated regularly to reflect current pricing and availability.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring pricing and stock information displayed on their sites is accurate and up-to-date to prevent customer dissatisfaction or commission disputes.
Voucher Codes
Only voucher codes officially provided through the affiliate portal may be used.
Codes must not be combined with cashback, loyalty rewards, or other incentives unless explicitly permitted.
We reserve the right to decline commission for orders generated using unauthorised, invalid, or expired codes.
Voucher codes must always include clear usage terms and expiry dates.
Codes apply to full-price BP Tools products only unless otherwise stated.
Copy & Content
Promotional copy (online or offline) referencing BP Tools must be approved in advance.
Affiliates may not publish misleading, inaccurate, or unverified information relating to BP Tools, our products, or our policies.
I-Frames & URL Masking
Affiliates may not host BP Tools content within an I-frame or use hidden/masked redirect URLs that obscure the BP Tools domain.
All affiliate traffic must clearly direct to our official website (https://www.bptools.co.uk or applicable subdomains).
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy
PPC advertising is permitted under the following rules:
Bidding on BP Tools brand terms (‘BP Tools’, ‘BPTools’, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Terms such as ‘BP Tools discount’, ‘BP Tools promo code’ or close variations are not allowed without explicit written approval.
Misspellings or brand variations are also restricted.
Affiliate Approvals
All affiliates are manually reviewed and must operate a live, relevant website.
BP Tools reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates who do not meet programme standards or brand alignment.
On-Site Phone Number
The BP Tools customer service phone number is for support only.
Affiliates must not promote the phone number as a sales conversion method.
Agreement
By participating in the BP Tools Affiliate Programme, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. Breaches may result in suspension or removal from the programme and reversal of commissions.
