Welcome to the NMN Bio Affiliate Program!
Thank you for partnering with NMN Bio — a UK-based, science-led longevity brand.
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the NMN Bio Affiliate Program (“Program”).
By enrolling, you (“affiliate”) agree to comply fully with these terms set forth by NMN Bio (“we,” “us,” “merchant”).
If you do not agree, please refrain from joining or promoting our products.
1. Affiliate Registration
We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
If your application is rejected, you have no legal recourse or entitlement to compensation.
Prohibited Affiliates:
Coupon-only, cashback, or discount-focused websites are not accepted.
If your business model primarily relies on vouchers or rebates, you must disclose this during registration.
Failure to do so may result in account removal or withheld commissions.
2. Affiliate Links and Promotional Methods
Upon approval, you will receive a unique tracking link. You may create additional product-specific links through your affiliate dashboard.
Link Attribution:
Last-click attribution applies — if multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the most recent valid click will receive credit.
Promotional Channels:
You may promote NMN Bio across approved channels (blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, or paid ads) targeting audiences in the EU, UK, and US, provided all activity:

Adheres to brand guidelines
Avoids medical or misleading claims
Coupon Codes:
If you are given an exclusive code, commissions will apply to either the code or the affiliate link — not both simultaneously.
3. Commissions and Payments
Commission: 10% per valid order (excluding VAT/taxes, shipping, and refunds).
No lifetime commissions apply.
Payment Frequency: Monthly, within the first 5 business days.
Payment Method: PayPal (valid PayPal email required).
Refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commission.
4. Marketing Tools
Affiliates may access official NMN Bio marketing assets (logos, banners, visuals, HTML snippets) through the dashboard.
You may not alter the NMN Bio logo, typography, or product images without written consent.
5. Cookie Tracking
Affiliate tracking is based on cookies.
Cookie Duration: 365 days
Attribution: Only purchases within the cookie period will be credited.
If cookies are cleared, blocked, or expire, commissions cannot be guaranteed.
6. Prohibited Activities
To preserve NMN Bio’s reputation and comply with international health advertising standards, affiliates must not:
Make medical, therapeutic, or disease-treatment claims (e.g., “cures Alzheimer’s,” “reverses ageing”).
Use fake, altered, or misleading testimonials or before/after imagery.
Create unapproved landing pages or deceptive funnels.
Place NMN Bio links on adult, gambling, hate, or violent content sites.
Send spam or unsolicited email/SMS/DM promotions.
Engage in brand bidding on search engines (“NMN Bio,” “NMN Bio discount,” etc.).
⚠️ Paid Ads Disclaimer:
Supplements are a restricted category on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
If you choose to advertise there, you assume full responsibility for compliance and potential account restrictions.
This applies equally to campaigns targeting the EU, UK, and US.
7. Communications Consent
By joining the Program, you consent to receive operational emails from NMN Bio (product news, performance updates, policy changes).
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in such emails.
8. Affiliate Compliance and Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to promote NMN Bio products with integrity and accuracy.
Regional Marketing: Affiliates may promote NMN Bio products in the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States, provided all materials comply with each region’s local advertising and supplement regulations.
Brand Consistency: Use NMN Bio’s approved logo, fonts, and color palette.
Influencer Disclosures: Required for all sponsored content (#ad, #sponsored).
Compliance: Follow UK ASA, CMA, EU EFSA, US FTC, and all applicable national laws.
Educational Focus: Content should emphasize research, wellness, and lifestyle — not medical outcomes.
9. Termination of Affiliate Status
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
If you wish to leave the program, email cedrick@nmnbio.co.uk.
Outstanding approved commissions will be paid in the next monthly cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for any policy breach, reputational risk, or inactivity.
10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
All disputes will first be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
These Terms and the Program are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Affiliates targeting the EU or US also agree to comply with all relevant cross-border advertising, data, and consumer protection laws.
11. Affiliate Ad-Copy Approval Checklist (Mandatory)
To maintain NMN Bio’s scientific credibility and legal compliance, all affiliates must follow these guidelines:

Submit all ad copy, email text, landing pages, and creatives for pre-approval.
Include clear affiliate disclosure (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you buy.”).
Display the medical disclaimer when referencing product benefits:
“This product is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”
Provide current Certificates of Analysis (COA) if referencing product testing or purity.

Paid or fake testimonials, or unverified before/after results.
Omission of affiliate status in any post, video, or ad.
Use of high-pressure, fear-based, or misleading sales tactics.
Spam or cold-messaging campaigns.

⚠️ Monitoring & Enforcement
NMN Bio actively reviews all affiliate content for compliance.
We may request immediate removal of any non-compliant material.
Commissions may be withheld or accounts suspended for violations.
12. Trademark, SEM & Paid Search Restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited for all affiliates:
Bidding on NMN Bio brand terms, misspellings, or variations including (but not limited to):
“NMN Bio”, “NMN Bio discount”, “code promo NMN Bio”, “NMN Bio France”, “NMN Bio coupon”, “NMN Bio supplement”, “NMN Bio UK”, “NMN Bio official”
Using NMN Bio trademarks in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, or any PPC platform.
Bidding on TM+ combinations such as:
“NMN Bio code”, “NMN Bio reduction”, “NMN Bio sale”, “NMN Bio voucher”, “NMN Bio avis”
Direct linking to nmnbio.co.uk in paid search ads.
Using NMN Bio trademarks in ad copy, ad titles, URLs, or display URLs.
Using coupon keywords or brand keywords to intercept existing user intent.
Any violation of these policies will result in:
Immediate termination
Commission reversal
Permanent block from the NMN Bio Affiliate Program
These restrictions apply globally, including EU, UK, and US traffic.
13. Coupon, Cashback & Subnetwork Policy
The following affiliate types are not accepted in the NMN Bio program:
100% Coupon websites (e.g., “code promo”, “voucher”, “coupon”, “discount”, “reduction”)
Cashback websites
Loyalty programs
Browser extensions
Price comparison engines
If you join under one of these categories without explicit written permission, NMN Bio reserves the right to:
Reject or terminate your account
Reverse all commissions
Block your domain and company ID permanently
Subnetwork participation is allowed only after prior written approval.
14. Automatic Rejection Rules
NMN Bio will automatically reject affiliate applications that fall into the following categories:
Coupon, cashback, loyalty, or discount websites
Arbitrage PPC affiliates
Subnetworks or affiliate networks applying on behalf of third parties
Websites with no original content
Newly created domains with no authority
Websites targeting branded keyword traffic
Affiliates who have previously violated health advertising guidelines
Affiliates using non-compliant promotional methods
Applications may also be rejected if:
Your promotional method is not clearly disclosed
Your domain, email, or social media handles lack credibility
Your site uses AI-generated or low-quality content
Your traffic source cannot be verified
15. SEO & Content Restrictions
Affiliates must not create pages optimized for coupon-related branded keywords, including:
“code promo NMN Bio”
“NMN Bio réduction”
“discount NMN Bio”
“voucher NMN Bio”
“NMN Bio coupon France”
Creating such pages without authorization will result in commission reversal and program termination.
16. Subnetwork Policy (Editorial-Only Permission)Certain subnetworks may participate in the NMN Bio Affiliate Program under strict conditions.
These networks connect merchants to high-quality editorial publications (online magazines, established blogs, review media), which NMN Bio may allow for editorial purposes only.
✔ Allowed Subnetwork Activity
Subnetworks are permitted only when their traffic source meets all of the following requirements:
Editor-written articles, reviews, or product roundups
High-authority websites (news outlets, health publications, lifestyle magazines, reputable blogs)
Original content with transparent editorial standards
No discount, coupon, or deal-driven intent
No browser extensions or automated checkout injections
No PPC bidding or branded keyword targeting
No forced redirections or deceptive funnels
Examples of acceptable editorial placements include:
“Best NMN Supplements Compared”
“Top Anti-Aging Supplements”
“Review: NMN Bio NMN Capsules”
❌ Prohibited Subnetwork Traffic
Coupon or voucher websites
Cashback or loyalty programs
Price-comparison engines
Browser extensions (Honey, Rakuten, Letyshops, CapitalOne Shopping, etc.)
Incentivized clicks
Fake or autogenerated “discount code” pages
PPC brand bidding (“NMN Bio”, “code promo NMN Bio”, etc.)
Low-quality websites with thin or AI-generated content
Deal aggregators or forums
Any subnetwork distributing NMN Bio links to prohibited partners will face:
Commission reversal
Immediate removal
Permanent ban
🔍 Transparency Requirement
Subnetworks must disclose the originating publisher for any sale or referral upon request.
Failure to provide transparency may result in suspension or termination.
⚠ Important
Participation of subnetworks is not guaranteed.
NMN Bio reserves the right to limit or revoke subnetwork permissions at any time.

By participating in the NMN Bio Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to all Terms and Conditions, including the Ad-Copy Approval Checklist and the regional targeting clause for the EU, UK, and US.
Violation of these terms may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
