Welcome to AORTA Films affiliate program! Here’s everything you need to know to share our memberships and earn commission while keeping things fun and fair. 💜
1. Commission Rules
Commission is only paid on memberships. Merchandise, events, streaming, rentals, or other low-value products do not earn commission.
Commission rates are 30% of membership price (see plan details).
Commissions exclude VAT, shipping, credit card fees, etc.
Commissions may be declined if:
- Program terms are breached
- Duplicate order
2. Promotional Rules
Paid search (PPC) is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not run search ads, shopping ads, or any other paid placement on search engines. Sales generated via PPC are not eligible for commission.
Affiliates may promote on: content sites, blogs, communities, cashback, email, loyalty programs, and retargeting campaigns.
Media brokers require prior approval.
Follow all age and content rules (memberships are 18+).
3. Brand Guidelines
Use our name and logos respectfully. Do not alter colors, fonts, or shapes.
Keep messaging honest and aligned with our queer & trans friendly, inclusive vibe.
Use only official images and assets provided.
4. Compliance & Legal
Affiliates must follow all applicable laws, including advertising, privacy, and age restrictions.
No misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive marketing is allowed.
5. De-duplication
If a sale is tracked through multiple channels, only one channel will earn commission.
6. Termination & Breach
We may remove an affiliate from the program for violating terms or engaging in inappropriate promotions.
Affiliates must comply with all program rules to remain in good standing.
7. Quick Reminders
Commission = memberships only.
No PPC or paid search activity is allowed.
