Welcome to the Daydream Society Affiliate Program, operated in partnership with AWIN. By joining, you agree to these Program Terms in addition to AWIN’s Publisher Agreement. To participate, affiliates must have an active, professional website, blog, or social channel, publish original content, and comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure regulations. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their unique AWIN tracking links, according to the rates and payment schedule provided by AWIN. Commissions are not paid on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders, and affiliates may not use their own links to purchase products for personal gain.
Promotions must be honest, accurate, and use only approved brand assets, images, and copy supplied via AWIN or Daydream Society. Affiliates may promote products via websites, blogs, social channels, or email newsletters (to opt-in lists only). Affiliates may not bid on Daydream Society trademarks in paid search campaigns, share unapproved discounts, engage in spam or unsolicited messaging, or misrepresent our brand in any way. Activities such as cookie stuffing, link cloaking, misleading redirects, or posting on coupon/deal aggregator sites are strictly prohibited. All content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines.
Daydream Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at any time for violations of these terms or behavior inconsistent with our brand. Affiliates may terminate participation at any time through AWIN. Participation in the Program does not grant ownership of Daydream Society trademarks or assets, which remain our property. The Program is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State]. Daydream Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
