Program Description:
LBDO is a premium sexual wellness brand based in New York, offering design-led products that elevate intimacy. We’re proudly female-founded and purpose-driven, committed to breaking taboos and celebrating pleasure with thoughtful, inclusive design.
We’re looking to partner with content creators, journalists, therapists, educators and media publishers who share our values around intimacy, wellness and self-connection.
High-performing partners may be eligible for increased commission tiers or custom discount codes.
Coupon/deal sites and toolbars are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be approved unless they provide unique value or editorial coverage.
Program Guidelines
Affiliates must represent LBDO in a respectful, design-led, and wellness-oriented context.
Content and visuals should align with LBDO’s tone — refined, inclusive, and grounded in intentionality and connection.
LBDO products should not be promoted using explicit, adult, or NSFW imagery or language.
Affiliates may not bid on LBDO brand terms (e.g., “LBDO,” “LBDO Vibe,” “LBDO Flow”) or use them in URLs or domain names.
Unauthorised discount codes, coupon scraping, or resale activity are strictly prohibited.
Misleading claims or medical references are not permitted.
Creative Assets
Approved affiliates will have access to lifestyle photography, banners, and brand imagery for use in content and editorial placements.
Bespoke assets or additional materials can be provided for high-value partnerships or media coverage upon request.

Partners may be considered for:
Product gifting and seeding
Early access to new launches
Elevated commission rates for feature placements

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern participation in the LBDO Group Inc. (“LBDO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying for and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following:
1. Enrollment
1.1 To enroll, you must submit a complete and accurate application through the designated affiliate network.
1.2 LBDO reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.3 You must ensure your account information remains accurate and up to date.
1.4 We may terminate your participation at any time if your promotional methods are inconsistent with our brand, values, or these Terms.
2. Affiliate Links
2.1 Once approved, you may place your unique affiliate tracking links (“Affiliate Links”) on your approved channels.
2.2 You may only earn commissions on sales tracked through your Affiliate Links and completed within the cookie duration set by LBDO.
2.3 Links must not be altered, masked, or modified in any way that interferes with tracking.
3. Content and License
3.1 LBDO may provide approved brand assets, such as product imagery, descriptions, or logos (“LBDO Content”).
3.2 LBDO grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this content solely for promoting LBDO products within the Program.
3.3 You may not alter, misrepresent, or misuse LBDO’s trademarks or intellectual property.
3.4 Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Affiliate Links and LBDO Content from your site or channels.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
4.1 You are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and content of your site or channels.
4.2 You must ensure all promotional materials are truthful, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws.
4.3 Your site or content must not:
Contain sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal material.
Target minors under 18 years of age.
Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Commissions and Payments
5.1 You will earn commission on qualifying purchases made within a 30-day cookie period.
5.2 The default base commission rate is 15%, unless otherwise specified by LBDO.
5.3 Commissions are processed approximately 30 days after the end of each calendar month via the affiliate network’s payment system.
5.4 You are responsible for maintaining accurate payee information in your affiliate account.
5.5 Commissions will not be paid on:
Canceled or refunded orders.
Orders made using your own links.
Fraudulent, bulk, or ineligible transactions.
6. Reversals
6.1 If a sale is refunded, canceled, or deemed fraudulent, LBDO reserves the right to reverse or withhold the related commission.
6.2 Any negative balance may be offset against future payments.
7. Traffic and Promotional Restrictions
7.1 The following practices are prohibited:
Paid search bidding on LBDO trademarks, product names, or misspellings.
Use of LBDO brand terms in domain names or social handles.
Use of cookie stuffing, bots, pop-ups, or incentivized traffic.
Direct linking or domain forwarding to LBDO’s website.
Misleading “click to reveal” coupon tactics.
Email spam or unsolicited messages containing affiliate links.
7.2 Affiliates must not use or appear to impersonate LBDO in any form of advertising.
8. Compliance with Law
8.1 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including:
FTC Endorsement Guidelines (clear disclosure of affiliate relationships).
CAN-SPAM Act (email marketing).
Data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
8.2 Disclosures must be clear and visible (e.g., “I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link”).
8.3 Failure to comply with legal requirements may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate participation at any time without notice.
9.2 Upon termination, all affiliate links and LBDO assets must be removed immediately.
9.3 Any unpaid qualified commissions accrued before termination will be paid during the next cycle.
9.4 LBDO may terminate accounts for inactivity, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All rights in LBDO’s trademarks, product imagery, and content remain the property of LBDO Group Inc.
10.2 No ownership rights or broader license is granted through this Agreement.
11. Indemnification
11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold LBDO, its employees, directors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
Your participation in the Program;
Your misuse of LBDO’s materials;
Any breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 LBDO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or data.
12.2 LBDO’s total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Amendments
13.1 LBDO may update or modify these Terms at any time.
13.2 Changes will take effect when posted within the affiliate network.
13.3 Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
14.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
14.2 Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts located in New York County, NY.
