Please read these affiliate terms and conditions carefully before applying to join the Azomalli Affiliate Program. These terms are designed to protect both Azomalli and our valued affiliate partners, ensuring transparency, ethical promotion, and mutual success.

It is each affiliate’s responsibility to comply with these terms at all times.

DEFINITIONS

As used in these Terms:

“Azomalli,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Azomalli LLC, the owner and operator of ShopAzomalli.com.

“You” or “Your” refers to the approved affiliate partner.

“Our Website” refers to the Azomalli website and its properties located at https://www.shopazomalli.com.

“Your Website” refers to any website, social platform, or digital property you use to link to our Website.

“Program” refers to the Azomalli Affiliate Program, operated through the Awin affiliate network.

ENROLLMENT

After receiving your application, our team will review your promotional channels and notify you of acceptance or rejection within approximately 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
We reserve the right to reject any application that we determine to be inconsistent with our brand values or promotional guidelines.

To improve your chances of approval, please ensure all websites and social profiles you intend to use are included in your Awin profile.

LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE

Once accepted into the Program, you will have access to links and creatives through the Awin interface.
You agree to use only the official linking code provided through Awin without modification.

Your website or platform must not:

Copy or closely resemble the look, feel, or branding of ShopAzomalli.com.

Mislead visitors into thinking your site is part of or officially operated by Azomalli.

Use deceptive methods such as cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or false/misleading links.

Mask or manipulate referral URLs.

Redirects are only permitted if they originate from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.

PPC GUIDELINES

If you engage in paid search (PPC) advertising, you must adhere to the following:

You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms or variations (e.g., Azomalli, ShopAzomalli, Azomalli Tea).

You may not use our trademarked terms in combination with other keywords (e.g., Azomalli discount or Azomalli coupons).

You may not use our brand name or domain in your ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or extensions.

Automated PPC campaigns must exclude Azomalli-related terms.
Violations of these PPC terms will result in forfeiture of commissions and may lead to removal from the program.

Trademarked terms include:
Azomalli, ShopAzomalli, ShopAzomalli.com

COUPON & DEAL SITE GUIDELINES

If your website promotes coupons or deals, the following rules apply:

Only official coupon codes provided through Awin may be advertised.

You may not list coupon codes found from non-affiliate sources, customer emails, newsletters, or other marketing campaigns.

All clickthroughs must link directly to ShopAzomalli.com (no framing or redirects).

Cookie stuffing or use of expired or fake coupon offers is strictly prohibited.

Any transactions generated through non-approved discount codes will be declined.
Repeated violations may result in removal from the program.

DOMAIN NAMES

Use of Azomalli’s trademarked terms in any domain or subdomain is strictly prohibited.
Examples of prohibited domains include:

azomallitea.website.com
shopazomalli-coupons.com

ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY

Affiliates may not create or distribute written, video, or digital materials referring to Azomalli or its products without prior written approval.

If you intend to promote our products through email marketing, you must:

Comply with all relevant email and privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Send emails on your behalf, not as Azomalli.

Obtain approval for any campaign creative before sending or provide Azomalli a sample copy.

Affiliates may not bid on Azomalli brand terms or use variations of our name in advertising that conflicts with Azomalli’s own paid media activities.

PROGRAM INTEGRITY

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions resulting from any activity that:

Violates Awin’s or Azomalli’s program policies.

Is fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative.

Uses non-approved coupons or incentives.

Affiliates found engaging in unethical behavior will be removed immediately and commissions will be forfeited.

COMMISSION TERMS

Commissions are paid on approved sales tracked through Awin.

Orders canceled, refunded, or returned will not qualify for commission.

Only transactions using Awin issued tracking links are eligible.

Azomalli reserves the right to adjust commission structures or promotional terms with notice.
