Pacific Tote Company Affiliate Program Terms1. Program Overview
Pacific Tote Company offers an affiliate program through AWIN that enables approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting our products through tracked links provided by AWIN. Participation is subject to these terms.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be approved by AWIN and Pacific Tote Company
Operate a website, social channel, or other marketing platform compliant with applicable laws
Agree not to promote competing counterfeit, imitation, or knockoff tote products
We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate at our discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Default commission rate: 8% of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts)
Commissions are tracked and paid through AWIN in accordance with their payout schedule
Sales must be valid and not canceled, refunded, or fraudulent to qualify
Note: Special commission rates or promotions may be offered to select affiliates at our discretion.
4. Cookie Duration
The AWIN default cookie window applies (30 days)
The last valid affiliate click prior to purchase will receive the commission
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Pacific Tote Company using:
AWIN-approved tracking links, banners, and assets
Honest product reviews, blog content, social media posts, and email (with opt-in users only)
Prohibited actions include:
Paid search bidding on Pacific Tote Company brand terms, misspellings, or domain names (e.g., “Pacific Tote coupon,” “Pacific Tote promo code”)
Using unauthorized coupons or misleading discount claims
Impersonating Pacific Tote Company on social channels, websites, or customer chat
Spamming or unsolicited messages
We reserve the right to remove affiliates for any deceptive or non-compliant activity.
6. Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates may only use logos, images, and creatives provided by Pacific Tote Company or AWIN. Content must not be altered in a way that misrepresents our brand or products.
7. Termination
Pacific Tote Company may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
Policy violations
Fraudulent activity
Inactivity or low performance
Any commissions earned on invalid or canceled transactions will not be paid.
8. Intellectual Property
All Pacific Tote Company trademarks, images, and content remain our property. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use these materials solely for promotional purposes within this program.
9. Liability & Indemnification
Affiliates participate at their own risk. Pacific Tote Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Tote Company from any claims arising from their promotional activities.
10. Modifications
We may amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
By participating in the Pacific Tote Company Affiliate Program via AWIN, you agree to these terms and all AWIN network policies.
