1. Commission and Validation

Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on all valid and confirmed sales generated through their AWIN tracking links.

Commissions are approved after the standard validation and return period to ensure orders are not refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent.

Self-referrals and personal purchases through your own affiliate links are not eligible for commission.

Commissions are paid via AWIN in accordance with its payment schedule. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details.

2. Promotion and Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Tiki Tonga Coffee products via blogs, websites, newsletters, social media platforms, and other approved online channels.

All promotional content must be honest, accurate, and clearly represent Tiki Tonga Coffee products and values.

Affiliates must comply with GDPR, advertising standards, and data protection laws.

Misleading or deceptive marketing, spamming, or use of unauthorized promotional codes is strictly prohibited.

3. PPC & CSS Bidding Restrictions
To protect brand integrity and maintain fairness among affiliates, the following paid advertising rules apply:

No bidding on brand, brand-plus, or misspelled keywords (e.g., “Tiki Tonga,” “Tikitonga,” “Tiki Tonga Coffee”).

Brand keywords must be added as negative matches in all paid search campaigns.

No direct linking to the official Tiki Tonga Coffee website through paid search or CSS listings.

The brand name cannot appear in ad titles, display URLs, or domains.

CSS partners must not outbid or overlap Tiki Tonga Coffee’s own Shopping campaigns.

Product titles and feeds must always display accurate pricing, stock levels, and descriptions.

Geo and product restrictions outlined by the brand must be followed.

Breaches of these rules may lead to immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of commissions.

4. Brand Representation and Creative Assets

Affiliates may only use creative materials, banners, and logos provided or approved by Tiki Tonga Coffee.

Modifying or creating unofficial imagery, discount offers, or branding elements without written consent is not permitted.

5. Compliance and Conduct

Affiliates must operate ethically and in accordance with AWIN’s Publisher Code of Conduct.

Any activity deemed fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to the Tiki Tonga Coffee brand or its customers will result in termination from the programme.

Affiliates must not impersonate the brand, create fake domains, or use deceptive redirects.
