Hansine.co Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions (Awin)
Effective date: 03 November 2025
1) Programme scope
- Network: Awin. Brand: Hansine. Website: hansineshop.co. Country focus: United Kingdom, Switzerland. Default language: English.
2) Commission
- Base commission: {15}% of net basket value (VAT, shipping, gift cards excluded).
- Ineligible items:
- Tiered/bonus rates:
- Cross-device: allowed via Awin tracking.
- Self-referrals: prohibited.
3) Cookie & attribution
- Cookie window: {30} days (last-click Awin model unless otherwise stated).
- De-duplication: direct/paid search brand clicks and onsite vouchers take precedence; cancelled/returned orders void commission.
4) Validation & locking
- Validation period: up to {45} days post-order.
- Reasons for decline: cancellation, return, fraud/suspected abuse, duplicate order, breach of these terms.
- Locking date: {e.g., month+45 days}.
5) Traffic sources allowed
- Content sites, editorial, comparison, loyalty, cashback, voucher directories, social, influencers, email, and PPC as per rules below.
6) PPC policy
- Brand bidding: NOT allowed on “Hansine” or misspellings.
- Brand+generic: NOT allowed.
- Direct-linking to site: NOT allowed.
- Negative keywords to include: Hansine, Hansine official, Hansine dresses, seen in Hansine
- Bidding on generic fashion terms is allowed if landing on your own content, not Hansine.
7) Voucher/coupon rules
- Only codes issued in Awin or in writing by Hansine.co are commissionable.
- Unauthorised or leaked codes invalidate commission.
- Stacking: follow onsite cart logic; only one code per order unless stated.
8) Email marketing
- Must comply with CAN-SPAM/GDPR/ePrivacy.
- No purchased lists.
- From-name and subject must not imply Hansine sent the email.
- Provide opt-out link and physical address.
9) Social & influencer
- Required disclosures: #ad or platform-approved equivalents, clear and prominent.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation or pricing.
10) Sub-networks/sub-affiliates
- Allowed only with transparent placement reporting on request.
- You are liable for sub-affiliate conduct.
11) Content & brand use
- Use only Awin-hosted creatives or assets approved by Hansine.co.
- No use of logos or imagery in a way that implies endorsement beyond this programme.
- Prohibited content: illegal, hateful, adult, spyware/malware, or counterfeit.
12) Price/claims accuracy
- Prices and availability change without notice. Publishers must update promptly.
13) Prohibited practices
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, toolbars without explicit opt-in, fake incentives, trademark infringement, ad hijacking, typosquatting.
14) Data & privacy
- Use tracking data solely to run this programme.
- No sharing personal data from referrals except as allowed by law and Awin terms.
- Comply with GDPR and Awin’s Data Processing terms.
15) Termination
- Hansine.co may suspend or terminate participation at any time for breach or risk.
- On termination you must remove links and creatives within 48 hours.
16) Changes to terms
- Hansine.co may update these terms via Awin. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
