Publishers
Affiliates are only permitted to advertise the offers they receive in newsletters and/or the ones included on The Hub. Offers that have been agreed directly with the affiliate from the agency should take precedence over the other offers in the newsletter or The Hub.
Affiliates must raise any queries over missing tenancies, bonuses or transactions with SYYCO within 90 days of the transaction date or start of the tenancy period. Any queries raised after this time will not be paid.
Lead Generation and Data Collection
Lead Generation and Data Collection Affiliates are not allowed.
Paid Search
Is not allowed.
- Affiliates should not bid on hybrid brand + generic terms without permission.
- Affiliates should not bid on misspelling and variations of the brand term.
Deeplinking
Affiliates are only permitted to use the links provided by MagicBreaks or SYYCO. If a publisher is interested in pushing an offer that is not provided specifically for affiliates, they will need to request this via SYYCO.
Validations
Sales will be validated once the customers travel date has passed and all balances have been paid.
Ramifications
Any affiliate found in breach of these rules will be immediately suspended until the breach is investigated. Should activity deliberately be proven to be in violation of these rules, then MagicBreaks has the right to immediate termination and the Affiliate will be immediately ejected from the programme, with no payment of commissions for transactions completed during the time of the breach.
