Affiliate Terms & Conditions - 2GO Software (AWIN)
These terms and conditions apply to all affiliates participating in the 2GO Software affiliate programme via AWIN. By participating, you agree to the following provisions.
1. General
- These terms apply to promotional activities targeting Germany and Austria, conducted in the German language. Pormotion in other countries or languages is not permitted.
- 2GO Software only sells legal software. Affiliates must not make misleading claims regarding legality, price, licence (keys) type, or the origin of products.
- These terms are pragmatic in nature and may be amended by 2GO Software with seven (7) days' notice.
2. Commision Structure and Validation
- Commisions are only granted for software sales to new customers.
- Existing customers, resellers, and non-software products are excluded from commision.
- The comission group for the entire order is determined based on the most expensive product in the order.
- Commissions become final only after approval by 2GO Software.
- 2GO Software reserves the right to cancel or amend comissions.
3. Promotion Policy and Brand Protection
- SEA (Search Engine Advertising) in all forms is prohibited, including brand bidding, generic keywords, and direct linking. Affiliates may not run their own SEA campaigns to promote 2GO Software.
- The use of the brand name ‘’2GO Software'' (for example, on banners or when referring customers to our website) is permitted in accordance with the seperate Branding Guidelines.
4. Content and Communication
- Content must always be accurate and up to date.
- Always use the most recent and correct product names.
- Misleading claims are prohibited.
- Promotion via illegal, adult, or inappropriate content is not allowed.
- Mentioning ‘’routes'', ‘’tricks'', or ‘’solutions'' for the illegal use of software will be considered a misleading claim.
- Mentioning the handling of legally purchased software from 2GO Software, where that handling deviates from the prescribed licence terms, will also be considered a misleading claim.
- Changes to promotions, domains, or advertiser campaigns must be reported to and approved by 2Go Software in advance.
5. Technical and Operational Matters
- Product feeds may be used, provided they are updated at least once every 24 hours.
- Deep linking is permitted.
- Data scraping of our website is prohibited.
- Affiliates must always refer directly to the 2GO Software website: the use of iFrames, cloacking, pop-ups, or other redirection techniques is forbidden.
- Cookie dropping is considered fraudelent activity and will result in immediate removal from the programme without payment of any outstanding commisions.
6. Exclusions, Termination and Other Provisions
- 2GO Software reserves the right to refuse or terminate affiliates without stating a reason.
- Serious violations, including but not limited to SEA brand bidding, fraud, spam, misleading claims, and cookie dropping, will lead to immediate termination and no payment of outstanding commisions.
- Only discount codes pre-approved by 2GO Software may be used.
- Commisions are forfeited in the event of a breach of these terms.
7. Miscellaneous
- 2Go Software reserved the right to amend these terms with seven (7) days notice via AWIN.
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in exclusions from the programme and loss of the right of compensations.
