By joining and participating in the Programme, you (“Referrer” or “Partner”) agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals and businesses with a valid account on the referral or affiliate platform.
Participants must have an active payment method set up to receive commissions.
Thatsmydreamholiday.com reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.
3. Referral Commission
Referrers earn a 5% commission on every approved Annual Membership sale generated through their unique referral link.
The Annual Membership is priced at (Annual membership £95), resulting in a £4.75 commission per approved sale of annual membership.
Commissions are paid on approved transactions only — cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are excluded.
There are no hidden fees or tiered structures. Commissions are flat-rate and transparent.
4. Tracking & Attribution
Referrals must be made using the unique referral link provided to the Referrer.
Sales are tracked automatically via cookies and tracking systems.
Tracking validity duration will follow the affiliate platform’s default cookie window (typically 30 days).
Only the last valid referral before a sale is credited with commission.
5. Payments
Commissions are paid once transactions are approved and cleared (e.g., after the membership cooling-off or refund period).
Payouts are made via the payment method provided in your affiliate account.
Minimum payout thresholds, if any, are determined by the affiliate platform.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Referrers must represent thatsmydreamholiday.com accurately and professionally.
Misleading claims, false advertising, or unapproved promotions are prohibited.
The brand name must always appear as thatsmydreamholiday.com.
Referrers must not use the brand name in domain names, social media handles, or unapproved PPC ads without written consent.
Marketing materials provided by thatsmydreamholiday.com must not be altered without permission.
7. Prohibited Activities
Self-referrals or purchases made through one’s own referral link are not eligible for commission.
Fraudulent activity, incentive abuse, or manipulation of tracking systems will result in removal from the Programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Partners must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy laws (e.g., ASA, GDPR).
8. Termination
Thatsmydreamholiday.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a referrer’s participation at any time for breach of these terms or misuse of the Programme.
Upon termination, all pending or unpaid commissions may be forfeited if fraud or policy violations are found.
9. Amendments
