These Merchant Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of [SELDOM SEEN STYLES] (“Merchant”, “we”, “our”) in the Awin Affiliate Network (“Awin”). By joining Awin and setting up an affiliate program, you agree to abide by the terms set forth below.

2. Affiliate Program Overview

We collaborate with approved affiliates through Awin to promote our products via affiliate links, banners, and other marketing materials. Affiliates earn a commission when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase on our website.

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.

Commission rates and cookie duration may vary by campaign and are clearly stated in our Awin program description.

Commissions will be validated monthly after the return/refund period has expired.

4. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

Using misleading, false, or illegal advertising practices.

Bidding on our trademarked terms or domain names in search engine ads.

Posting discount codes that have not been officially provided by us.
发布我们尚未正式提供的折扣代码。
Promoting on adult, violent, or illegal content platforms (unless otherwise approved).

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension from the program.

5. Tracking and Reporting

All clicks, sales, and conversions are tracked through Awin’s tracking system. In case of discrepancies, Awin’s records shall be considered final.

Payments are processed by Awin on behalf of the Merchant. Awin handles invoicing, payment approval, and affiliate commission payouts according to their standard procedures.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Any use of customer or affiliate data must follow Awin’s privacy and compliance policies.

8. Program Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, campaign creatives, or terminate the affiliate program at any time with or without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified through Awin if any significant changes occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the preceding 3 months.
