Algemeen
Welkom bij het affiliateprogramma van More Than Socks (APW B.V.) via Awin.
Door deel te nemen aan ons programma, gaat u akkoord met onderstaande voorwaarden.
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om deze voorwaarden te wijzigen. Eventuele wijzigingen worden minimaal 7 dagen vooraf aan onze affiliates gecommuniceerd.
Let op: dit programma heeft een opzegtermijn van 7 dagen.
Onze missie is om samen met onze partners kwalitatieve en betrouwbare promotie te realiseren. Wij verwachten dat affiliates onze merkwaarden respecteren en op een eerlijke, transparante manier promoten.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
Affiliates mogen niet adverteren op zoekwoorden die onze merknaam of varianten daarvan bevatten.
Dit omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot:
“More Than Socks”
“morethansocks.nl”
Typfouten, samengestelde woorden of combinaties met onze merknaam (bijv. “MoreThanSocks kortingscode”, “MoreThanSocks aanbieding”, “MoreThanSocks official”, etc.)
Daarnaast geldt:
Geen advertenties die rechtstreeks linken naar onze website of landingspagina’s (“direct linking” is niet toegestaan).
Geen gebruik van onze merknaam in advertentieteksten, zichtbare URL’s of bestemmings-URL’s.
Affiliates mogen wél generieke campagnes draaien die onze producten in bredere context promoten (zoals “duurzame sokken” of “premium sportsokken”), mits de advertenties voldoen aan bovenstaande beperkingen.
Overtreding van deze regels kan leiden tot weigering van commissies of beëindiging van deelname aan het programma.
Transacties
Commissies worden toegekend op basis van voltooide, betaalde en niet-geretourneerde bestellingen die via een geldige affiliate-link zijn geplaatst.
Een transactie kan worden geweigerd wanneer:
De bestelling wordt geannuleerd, geretourneerd of niet betaald.
Er sprake is van fraude, misbruik of schending van onze voorwaarden.
De bestelling afkomstig is van een ongeoorloofde marketingmethode (zoals PPC op merknaam, e-mailspam of misleidende advertenties).
Wij streven ernaar om afkeuringen altijd te onderbouwen en communiceren eventuele wijzigingen in beleid tijdig via Awin.
Branding
Affiliates dienen de merkidentiteit van More Than Socks te respecteren.
Gebruik van onze logo’s, productafbeeldingen of merkuitingen is alleen toegestaan voor promotie binnen de officiële Awin-affiliateomgeving en uitsluitend met voorafgaande toestemming.
Indien je geen specifieke brandingrichtlijnen hebt ontvangen, geldt:
“Geen brandingrichtlijnen van toepassing.”
Commissies
De commissiepercentages zoals weergegeven in Awin gelden als bindend.
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om commissies aan te passen, mits:
De verlaging niet meer dan 20% bedraagt binnen een periode van 30 dagen.
Affiliates minimaal 7 dagen vooraf op de hoogte worden gesteld van deze wijziging.
Alle commissieaanpassingen worden transparant via Awin gecommuniceerd.
Opzegtermijnen
Wij hanteren een standaard opzegtermijn van 7 dagen voor:
Wijzigingen in commissiestructuren
Wijzigingen in programma-instellingen of brandingrichtlijnen
Beëindiging van het affiliateprogramma
Deze termijn waarborgt transparantie en geeft affiliates voldoende tijd om hun campagnes aan te passen.
Uitgevers (Affiliates)
Wij werken graag samen met partners die onze waarden delen.
Toegestane typen uitgevers:
Content- en reviewwebsites
Social media influencers
E-mailmarketingpartners (mits opt-in en AVG-conform)
Cashback- en kortingscodewebsites (alleen na voorafgaande toestemming)
Niet-toegestane uitgevers:
Websites met illegale, aanstootgevende of misleidende inhoud
PPC-specialisten die adverteren op merknaam
Partijen die direct verkeer naar onze website sturen via advertenties
Affiliates dienen zich te houden aan de Awin Publisher Code of Conduct en alle relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals de AVG en de Reclamecode Social Media).
Deduplicatie
Wij hanteren een transparant deduplicatiebeleid om eerlijke toewijzing van verkopen te garanderen.
Wanneer een verkoop via meerdere kanalen tot stand komt, wordt de commissie toegekend aan het laatste geldige kanaal volgens ons attributiemodel.

Welcome to the More Than Socks (APW B.V.) Affiliate Program on Awin.
By joining our program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our affiliates at least 7 days in advance.
Please note: this program has a 7-day notice period.
Our mission is to build strong and reliable partnerships based on quality promotion. We expect our affiliates to respect our brand values and promote our products in an honest and transparent way.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on keywords containing our brand name or any variations thereof.
This includes, but is not limited to:
“More Than Socks”
“morethansocks.nl”
Misspellings, compound words, or keyword combinations containing our brand name (e.g., “MoreThanSocks discount code”, “MoreThanSocks offer”, “MoreThanSocks official”, etc.)
Additionally:
No ads may directly link to our website or landing pages (“direct linking” is not allowed).
The use of our brand name in ad copy, visible URLs, or destination URLs is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may run generic campaigns that promote our products in a broader context (e.g., “sustainable socks” or “premium sports socks”), provided these comply with the above restrictions.
Violations of these rules may result in commission denial or termination from the program.
Transactions
Commissions are awarded on completed, paid, and non-returned orders placed through a valid affiliate link.
A transaction may be declined if:
The order is cancelled, returned, or unpaid.
There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or breach of our terms.
The sale originated from an unauthorized marketing method (e.g., PPC on brand terms, email spam, or misleading advertising).
We always aim to justify declined transactions and will communicate any policy changes promptly via Awin.
Branding
Affiliates must respect the More Than Socks brand identity.
Use of our logos, product images, or other brand materials is only permitted within the official Awin affiliate environment and only with prior approval.
If no specific branding guidelines have been provided, the following applies:
“No branding guidelines apply.”
Commissions
The commission rates displayed in Awin are binding.
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates, provided that:
The decrease does not exceed 20% within a 30-day period, and
Affiliates are notified at least 7 days in advance of any such change.
All commission adjustments will be communicated transparently through Awin.
Notice Periods
We apply a standard 7-day notice period for:
Changes to commission structures
Changes to program settings or branding guidelines
Termination of the affiliate program
This period ensures transparency and allows affiliates sufficient time to adjust their campaigns.
Publishers (Affiliates)
We enjoy working with partners who share our values.
Approved publisher types:
Content and review websites
Social media influencers
Email marketing partners (opt-in and GDPR-compliant)
Cashback and voucher/coupon websites (only with prior approval)
Not permitted:
Websites containing illegal, offensive, or misleading content
PPC specialists bidding on brand terms
Partners directing paid traffic straight to our website
Affiliates must comply with the Awin Publisher Code of Conduct and all relevant advertising and data protection regulations (including GDPR and the Social Media Advertising Code).
Deduplication
We apply a transparent deduplication policy to ensure fair allocation of sales.
If a sale is generated through multiple channels, the commission will be attributed to the last valid channel according to our attribution model.
