Commission & Validation
• Standard commission: 8% of total order value (excluding VAT & delivery costs)
• Performance tiers: up to 12% for high-performing affiliates and influencers
• Cookie duration: 30 days
• Validation period: 30 days after transaction date
• Commission applies only to eligible online sales completed through the Awin network
• Transactions linked to other active marketing campaigns may be excluded from commission
Affiliate Restrictions
• No PPC bidding on Amen Fragrances brand name, misspellings, or domain variations
• No direct linking to AmenFragrances.com via paid search ads
• No use of “official site” or false association with Amen Fragrances in copy or creatives
• No impersonation of Amen Fragrances or its ambassadors (Shane & Sheena Lynch)
Voucher & Discount Policy
• Only Awin-approved voucher codes may be used in promotions
• Self-generated, unauthorised, or expired codes are not permitted
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly authorised
Content & Compliance
• Adult, gambling, or misleading content strictly prohibited
• Cashback and incentive sites must clearly state reward details
• Email marketing activity must comply with GDPR and CAN-SPAM
• Affiliates must represent Amen Fragrances in a professional, brand-appropriate manner
Traffic Quality & Approval
• All new affiliates are reviewed manually before approval
• Fraudulent, incentivised, or misleading traffic will result in commission reversal and program removal
• Strong performers may be invited to exclusive promotions and higher commission tiers
Promotional Support
• Access to seasonal banners, product imagery, and influencer-led creative assets
• Regular campaign updates and offers throughout the year
• Dedicated affiliate contact for strategy and collaboration opportunities
