Terms and Conditions

1. Programme Overview

  • Short summary of your brand, key product categories. 
     
  • Intended audience: UK only
     
  • Any exclusions (e.g. “no promotion in ROI or outside EEA”).

     

2. Commission Structure

  • Default commission rate(s) and what triggers a valid sale. - 8% and a checkout complete
     
  • Exclusions: cancellations, refunds, non-tracked sales, or voucher usage. - yes to these, refunds or cancellations will invalidate the commission claim. Non tracked sales are invalid also
     
  • Timing: approval window (e.g. “commissions validated within 30 days”) - validated within 30 days.

     

 

 

3. Tracking and Validation

  • Use of AWIN tracking only; no self-tracking or click manipulation. - Yes AWIN tracking only, no self tracking or alternative (UTM)
     
  • You reserve the right to reject transactions not properly tracked or that breach rules. 
     

4. Marketing and Promotion Rules

  • Allowed channels: content sites, email, influencers, comparison/review, cashback
     
  • Prohibited:

    • Any PPC activity.

       
    • Direct linking to your site in paid search.

       
    • Use of unapproved coupon codes.

       
    • Misleading or false claims.

       
  • Brand assets must be expressly requested, not taken from our site or the web without permission.
     

5. Content and Compliance

  • Must comply with ASA/FTC disclosure and AWIN’s code of conduct.
     
  • Prohibit adult, political, or offensive content.
     
  • Responsibility for GDPR-compliant data handling.
     

6. Payments & Validation

  • All payments are made via AWIN platform.
     
  • We reserve final decision rights and disputes should be addressed to: partnerships@groovepillows.co.uk

 

7. Termination & Breach

  • You may suspend or remove publishers for any breach or poor-quality traffic without notice.
